Gulf Financial Controller

1. Prefer candidates who have demonstrated to work in multi-national markets and experience & exposure in at least two countries.

2. Hands on knowledge of SAP. Must have multiple markets knowledge - must demonstrate ability to juggle multiple priorities. Good if the candidate is already living in the UAE. A Malaysian is preferred (no pun to my nusantarans).

3. Reports to Chief Financial Officer base in KL.

4. Finance Controller- based in Dubai. The package as follows:-

Operations Manager

1. We need someone who has project management background. Look for ex-Petronas guys. Someone who has the capacity to oversee the operations at the beach. He would have worked in Miri, and Kemaman before heading an Operation Overseas. Total experience should span about 10 years.

2. Someone who has some knowledge of how the Solids Control systems operate would be good with past experience in Cuttings Re-injection (CRI) Project.

3. Look for people currently work in Halliburton, NOV Brandt & MI Swaco. These guys must start their careers as a DWM Engineer. Halli & MI have completed CRI jobs in China before. These guys must want to return to Malaysia and assume a bigger role.

4. Reports to Business Unit Manager - Gulf base in Dubai and he covers Saudi as well.

5. Operations Manager based in Al-Khobar, Saudi. The package as follows:-

a) Expatriate package - which includes 1 home leave passage

b) Medical Insurance, Group Accident and Group Life Insurance

c) Tax free

6. Contract - 3 + 2 years.

MARINE OPERATIONS

1. Diving Manager (Located in Kuala Lumpur)

• A member of the Marine Operations management team responsible for saturation and air diving operations for Leighton Offshore
• Responsible for the planning and execution of all saturation and air diving operations to the highest safety standards.
• The successful candidate must be IMCA qualified and have a comprehensive understanding of all IMCA related issues.
• To be considered for this position, applicants must have a minimum 20 years offshore oil and gas diving experience, of which 5 years must be in a leadership position.

2. Field Engineer (located Offshore)

• Offshore marine operations role assigned to various vessels
• Will be the technical lead for vessel capability
• Applicants should have minimum of 5 years offshore oil and gas EPC experience on pipelay barges, derrick barges and construction barges.
• Applicant must have an Engineering Degree.

3. Barge Superintendent (located Offshore)

• Offshore marine operations role assigned to various vessels
• Applicants should have evidence  offshore oil and gas experience on pipelay barges, derrick barges and construction barges.
• To be considered for this role, applicants must have a minimum 15 years oil and gas experience of which 5 years must be as a Barge Superintendent.

4. Equipment & Base Manager (located in the United Arab Emirates)

• A member of the Marine Operations management team responsible for an offshore marine equipment base.
• Responsible for the day to day management of an equipment base (10,000 square meters) incorporating all the marine equipment for Leighton Offshore.
• To be considered for this role, applicants must have a minimum 15 years relevant marine equipment experience of which 5 years must be as an Equipment Base Manager.

5. Marine Logistic Lead (located in Kuala Lumpur)

• Responsible for establishing and operating logistics capability for Leighton Offshore.
• Accountable for logistics support to EPCIC projects and LOFS operations involving multile vessels and onshore locations.
• To be considered for this rolem applicants must have a minimum 10 years offshore oil and gas logistics experience of which 5 years must have been in the lead role.
• Degree qualified or a recognized industry qualification

6. Survey Lead (located in Kuala Lumpur)

• Responsible for the management of the offshore survey operations
• Must have a proven knowledge and experience in operating up to date and relevant survey methods, products and techniques.
