F.T Island's Lee HongKi will be on a Happy Shares Company episode.

Happy Shares Company is a show where two celebrities survive one week with only $10. They have missions and if they fail, get charged They can work for their food too which earns them a stamp and reward. Also, each contestant makes something for a person they "Thank" and delivers it to them. In some cases, a ManWon song is also made by one of the challengers.

There is a HALF TIME game where the winner of the majorit of teh games can either choose to keep their own $ or switch with the other person, and the winnder also chooses 2 scrolls which tell them how much they can eat. The scrolls say NONE (꽝) all the way up to eating freely for that one meal.

Netizens found out that HongKi will be in a Happy Shares Company episode by Chin Chin Radio, hosted by Jo Jung Rin and KangIn. I beleive pictures and posted bulletins were showing that KangIn said, "HongKi is now doing Happy Shares Company" (saying that they were filming when F.T. Island was on) and that he could hear HongKi eating in the background. The pictures show HongKi with the CLASSIC Happy Shares Company Yellow Lunch Bag too.

HongKi's challenger is singer YangPa who came back with a new album. HongKi's episode will air September 8th, 2007. Recording began around the 20th of August as KangIn posted the news/pics on the 22nd.Netizens are in excitement and have questions.

Bada was also a guest with F.T. Island on Chin Chin Radio, when HongKi was filming.

F.T. Island will also be on the show Star King hosted by Kang Ho Dong. I do not know the air date as of now.

Korea Foundation for International Culture Exchange (KOFICE) announced on the 29th that Korea's handsome band FT Island and Thailand's James have been selected as the winners of 2007 Asia Song Festival's New Artist Award.

Made of five handsome teenagers, FT Island, based on their pretty faces and high-level instrumental skills, has brought hits to their songs like 'Love Sick' and 'Haengbokhamnia.' They are especially popular among female fans in their teens and 20s. In July, they were noted at the Big 4 Concert with SG Wannabe.

Debuted in 1995, James has been selected as 2005 Thailand Channel V's 'Best Male Artist' and is extremely popular in Thailand. This year, he sang the Thai version of Hongkong drama 'Devil's Disciple's' O.S.T.

Asia Song Festival, which is to be held on September 22nd at Seoul Sangam World Cup field, will feature Asia's top stars such as Korea's DBSK, Lee Hyori, SG Wannabe, Super Junior; Japan's Kuraki Mai; Taiwan's F4, Zhang Hui Mei; China's Jiao Wei.

Last year, See Ya won this event's 'New Artist Award,' and in 2005, Eru won the title.

Anti fans Verbally Attack F.T. Island

pics of the performance. they looked sad.

At the 2007 Summer break M.Net 20's choice, there was a blue carpet. And the fans were too close to the blue carpet, and they started talking bad *cra** about F.T Island. Really bad cuss words and negativity. Some other singers' "fans." F.T Island went onstage to sing, and the antifans were trying to distract them and ruin the performance. The look of sadness could not be hidden from the members' faces, and they had to concentrate on something else in order to continue singing.

Lee Hongki and Lee Jaejin of FT Island, the handsome band that is dominating the country with their bursting fame, made their first appearance on KBS 2TV 'Star Goldenbell.'

They caught the attention of other casts by expressing their excitement to be on the show as "We have always wanted to meet Eva personally and confirm it."

However, when asked "what did you want to confirm," they simply said "We just wanted to confirm it. Her real self looks exactly the same with herself on t.v."

FT Island to Get Newcomer Award at Asia Song Festival

Boy group FT Island will receive the Best Newcomer Award at the 2007 Asia Song Festival to be held in Seoul on Sept. 22.

The five-member group will share the award with James, a popular singer in Thailand, according to the festival organizer, Korea Foundation for International Culture Exchange (KOFICE).

FT Island, consisting of cute teen singers who can play musical instruments, was initially touted as a band rather than a boy group, but this drew criticism from music fans as the members do not write songs themselves or play live music. They shot to stardom among girl fans with a few hit numbers since early this year.

James, who debuted in 1995, is one of the most popular stars in Thailand, being picked as the best male artist by the country's Channel V in 2005, according to KOFICE.

Last year, the Best Newcomer Award of the festival went to SeeYa, a three-piece Korean girl group.

The annual Asia Song Festival, which started in 2004, features top idol stars from across Asia, including TVCQ, SG Wannabe, Lee Hyo-lee, Super Junior from South Korea, Kuraki Mai from Japan, A-mei and F4 from Taiwan and Thailand's Golf Mike.

Tickets can be downloaded for free at the KOFICE Web site at www.kofice.or.kr.
