Responsibilities
To provide general secretarial services, handle Members and visitors' inquiries relating to their business and ensure that the services rendered by Business Centre is up to the Members and guests satisfaction.
Ensure as well as to up-keep all equipment of the Business Centre in good condition and be responsible for its general maintenance.
Responsible in updating all valid business information, knowledge to operate computer, photocopier and other equipments.
Be fully aware of the daily and monthly revenue related to the Business Centre and prepare the report accordingly.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U or Professional Certificate in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent. Job role in Customer Service - General or equivalent
