wikday pon takleh sebab kalo kuar mesti nak makan sedap gak...

bfast: dalam kol 7, susu low fat (sekotak kecil) + klo lapar dlm kol 10am makan roti wholemeal yg yucks itu.
lunch: kerabu mangga ke sayur yang menyelerakan pada mata aku, or sup cendawan (satu polestrin), klo tak nak muak, campurkan mcm2 sayur. tp klo aku kerabu mangga and cendawan sahaja dah cukup.
tea: minum susu
dinner: susu lagi

weekdays camtu laaaaaa, weekend susah sket, kkdg tu terouttttttttt. tapi weekdays ade gak terkantoi, klo kene paksa makan ngan bdk2 ofis.

takde lah atkins.

aku just avoid nasik je at the moment. masa weekdays aku makan sayur saje, ataupun sayur dgn telur. klo weekend, klo keluar je mmg abis, tp still try my best not to eat rice atau yg sewaktu dgnnye.

jumaat tgh hari makan briyani, dah fail dah. ahad malam lepas je aku makan roti aiskrim kat pappa rich, teringin sangat. siang makan biskut, tp biskut ikea ye kira. hahaha.

tapi kalo follo diet atkins tu betul2 memang leh turun semingu paling kurang 2-3kilo yer...tapi susahnyer nak kuat semangat

aku terpaksa lah gigih, sbbnye awal bulan 8 ada photo and video shoot. sblm posa.

tgh atau hujung bulan julai nak pi amik ukuran baju

so tulah kene usaha keras drpd skrg spy tidak lah drastik sgt penurunannyer.
