3. Stock Management Assistant (Based at KL)
Responsibilities:
• Receive order from internal and external customers for stock orders (focusing on Touch ‘n Go cards and SmartTAGs) and process the request ensuring items are prepared within the stipulated time.
• Assist to prepare Smart Tag for delivery to the requestor (TNG HUBs, POS, Service Providers, Channel Partners) upon receipt of stock requisition forms which involve the following tasks.
- Inserting SmartTAG transaction receipts into SmartTAG holders.
- Counting physical stocks i.e Touch ‘n Go cards and/or SmartTAG units.
- Preparing warranty cards, guidelines and forms accordingly prior to delivery to requestors.
- Timely processing the above within stipulated time frames or as per requests.
• Responsible to process all stock returns from customers and perform the adjustment to the stock report accordingly.
• To prepare reports on stock returns on a weekly basis
Requirements:
