I went to RayaFiesta 2006 at Le Meridien and the show reached its climax when Hadi Mirza performed on stage.WooooHooo!!!Me apa lagi, when his name was mentioned i ran(with my HEELS) to the front of the stage and took his pics.......God, he looked and sounded soooooooooo good and i was really
left starstruck.I
mean, its the first time i saw him LIVE.Some of the Hapyhadys were disappointed though that he didnt wear a baju kurung as expected, but as usual he took our breath away with his performance.
He sang 3 songs, merpati, Lagenda and You gave me Wings, i wish i could post the pics BUT ihave probs transferring the pics from my camera to the laptop,can anyone help?I'm using Nikon Coolpix S5.
PM me if you know how , ok??
By the way, it seems that Hady has lost some weight. |

WHEN life gets rough, send in the clowns.
Better still, send in the Singapore Idols dressed as clowns.

Most of this year's Top 12 contestants recently dropped by the children's ward and cancer ward at KK Women's And Children's Hospital to film an episode for new Channel 5 variety series Wish Upon A Star, which premieres tonight at 8.30pm.
In the show, the Idols visit various old folks homes, hospitals and orphanages to spread festive cheer to the less privileged.
And four of them - Paul Twohill, Nurul Maideen, Emilee Kang and Gayle Nerva - gamely took up the producers' challenge to don full clown's garb.
Although no strangers to social work and volunteerism, acting as zany jesters was a first-time experience for them.
They performed cartwheels, acrobatics, juggled and made balloon sculptures for the kids - led by professional clown Nurul, who helped Gayle and Paul apply the Saltimbanco-style makeup.
Surprisingly, clowning around was no laughing matter for Singapore Idol joker Paul.
The girls found it 'weird' that the usually wacky 17-year-old rocker ended up being the quietest that day.
Paul explained: 'I thought it was cool at first, but then the makeup was splashed over my face!
'I couldn't even move my face properly or open my eyelids. The makeup was so thick. I felt like I had a plastic mask on. I couldn't even lick my lips.'
But, according to him, the worst part was getting no response from his audience.
It was a new experience for Gayle Nerva dressing up as a clown.
He said: 'I tried so hard and I thought at least the kids would smile. But they saw me and they were like... (he makes horrified gasping noises). And everyone else was like, 'Paul, you look so scary today!' That made it worse.'
A few children were so frightened by the clowns that they burst into tears, but most were ecstatic and some even recognised the Idols behind the makeup.
This was the first time Nurul, 19, had returned to her day job since joining Singapore Idol 2.
She said: 'I was so excited, more so as I was doing it with close friends. I had missed it so much. Now, no one can call me the only clown in the group.'
'THEY MADE MY DAY'
A veteran of children's parties and festive occasions, it was Nurul's first time clowning around in a sombre hospital environment.
'I was initially afraid that I'd get emotional meeting the poor and the sick, but my mood changed once I saw them - they made my day.'
Gayle, 17, who has a childhood phobia of clowns, added: 'It was fun. It was a new experience and it was for a good cause.'
Though 28-year-old Emilee is a decade older than her fellow clowns, she claimed she turned out to be 'less mature than the rest'.
She said: 'Once you get into the costume and character, you become a different person. At rehearsals (during Singapore Idol), I was always the perfectionist and the guys know they can't fool around with me. But that day I went around disturbing everyone and doing silly things.
'I love making people happy. When you show your love for people, you feel loved in return.' |

ni memang dengar tapi "straight from the horse's mouth"...my fren C bilang i and tis thg about Hady terjadi kat dia.. memanglah i ni bukan siapa to judge tapi bila dpt tau idola kita mcm tu..kinda tarnish his rep, to me personally lah tat is... |
