fraud dokumen tu pejabat tanah tak dapat trace ke? orang awam mana tahu pasal dokumen?

Sbbtu I ckp kerja lawyer tu clean. Mmg dia dah studi awal2 pasal geran tu. Tambah2 kalau tanah kene ada consent. mmg ssh nak dptkan kebenaran pejabat negeri unless owner sendiri. But in this case, tak mustahil dia pkai PA utk submit mot dia. Dia daftar PA di court pastu daftarkan ke Land office. Cuma renyah lah keja nya.

Pkai thumb print kalau value tanah lebih dr 1.5m sis. kene hadir pemberi dan penerima pindahmilik. Sign hanya di borang MOT.

pejabat tanah ni lantikan negeri kan... so tanah2 tu smua org2 kuat negeri la yg tau kan... maksudny ...


Kalo negeri2 tidak bersekutu, mmg semua skim perjawatan tertutup dan lantikan dari kerajaan negeri... contoh johor, kelantan, terengganu, kedah & perlis...

Tp kalo di negeri2 selat dan bersekutu, perak, pahang selangor .. ada yang diisi oleh PTD, lantikan federal.. semua ni inherited dari zaman british dulu lah.. residen2 or taraf penasihat2... i tak pandai sgt bab sejarah, mmg lemah sikit

And about kanun tanah negara pulak, dia ada sub category plak mcm enakmen tanah negeri yang special sikit utk cater for adat perpatih negeri sembilan dan juga kelantan yg ada clause hanya anak kelantan boleh milik tanah2 sekian2...

Memang bengang betul!  

Mesti ada aje sesape ada masalah dengan hal tanah kan?  Ni nasib baik ler ada yang perasan kalau tak perasan?

Belum lagi kes orang tak tahu dia ada tanah kat sekian sekian tempat kisahnya sebab ada sedara mara kat Pej Tanah punyalah baik hati letakkan nama.  Boleh pulak macamtu?

Taktau la referring to which transactions..  sbb kawan2 i tu mention pakai thumbprint dah latest nya...

Maybe different transactions kot... mcm i jual rumah landed last year around 1 mil kat ampang pakai signature je dekat lawyer office utk semua transaction jual beli..

Cukai tanah ni 1 cth kehinaan majlis daerah. Dulu kita lawan british sbb pungut cukai. Skrg kita plk yg jd ganti british pg pungut cukai

Mak aku punye tanah pernah kene gini. Keje sape lagi kalau tak org pejabat tanah.. Bile nk bayar cukai tgk nama org lain.... Si bahalol tu plak dah jual kat org. Jenuh jugak fight kat pejabat tanah. Tp dh dpt balik dah. Org pejabat tanah ni mmg gampang. Bg aku plg terlahanat sekali dlm agensi gomen. Plg suke under table... Menyampah

kes tipu tanah style indon , mula2 datang minta sewa buat  ...

Ade someone meolss kenaii....tuan tanah tu bagi sewa tapak je kat someone ni...sewa tapak kurang 1k setahun. Bile tuan tanah nak tuntut balik tanah die....anak2 someone tu pulak sibuk kata kene bayar 70-80k baru dorang kuar dari situ...walhal tem buat umah tu dulu...xde la sampai 30k pun....

Kalo dia bayar cukai tanah tiap2 tahun... issue legal letter.. halau 3X dgn surat arahan pengosongan premis... buat report polis.. report pejabat tanah... lepas 3 kali warning, boleh saman... biasa letter ke 3 tu, i dah engage lawyer je (my bff is lawyer, forumer sini je).. so we issued notice of demand
