Fulamak sedapnya capati & haddock bersalut breadcrumb tu. Nampak yummy yummy yummy...... Kalau di rumah buat naan je. Buat yg simple2. Tak reti buat cara org India. Actually saya suka makan masakan India. Selalu makan kat restoren India. So far yg paling sedap kat Lyn's Tandoori di Kuching.

Ikan tongkol tu tuna. Actually ikan tongkol ada 2 jenis. Satu yg isi putih & satu yg tgh2nya warna merah. Bila masak jadi warna hitam. Tuna dlm tin tu jenis tongkol isi putih.

lor.. gitu citernya.   i & hubby pun suka bangat ngan budu ni.. tapi sebab sini payah nak dapat budu, makan pun kena berjimat cermat la..

ikan apa apa pun boleh cuba hiro, tapi the best ikan is ikan tongkol aka ikan 'aye' la kot.. ikan tenggiri/mackerel pun ok. infact, i pernah buat ngan ikan salmon, boleh tahan juga. cumanya u kena rebus dulu ikan ikan tu ngan asam keping & garam, untuk 'mati air' kata orang ganu...

Memang mahal kalau dah nak RM6000. Nak beli pun fikir berkali2 w/p diaorg bersetuju jual at RM5500. Org rumah cakap kalau dah berangan nak beli, beli je lah kan. Belum order lagi. Kalau order akan sampai dlm sebulan.

Kat France sana lagi mahal rupa2nya. Tak sangka pulak. Ingatkan boleh beli harga murah. Nanti kalau beli tak diguna pulak. Memang cantik sulam dia tapi rapat2 sgt. Nampak tebal je sulam dia. Tapi ramai org prefer sulam ayak. Upah pun mahal.

Senang je masak lemak cili api.

Bahan2nya:-
Segenggam cili padi or cili kering
Serai dihiris
Terung asam dibuang kulit & dipotong mcm dlm gambar (biji yg kecik2 tu buang)
Ikan salai or udang galah
santan
garam & ajinomoto to taste

Cara2 membuatnya:-

1. Tumis cili yg dah ditumbuk lumat bersama serai. Tumis sampai masak baru masuk santan & terung asam.

2. Bila terung asam dah masak baru masuk ikan salai or udang galah. Bubuh garam & ajinomoto. Kalau kurang masam, boleh bubuh asam keping.

PS. Kalau tak ada terung asam, boleh guna belimbing kecik tu sbg ganti. Rasanya hanya di Swak je ada terung asam.

Memang very the easy buat rubs for piri piri chicken. One can use any kind of ingredients.. from serbuk cili, pepper, garlic and others...

Haddock is a fish, white meat lebih kurang macam cod.

.. Ikan ikan tu di letakkan ke dalam bekas, di campur air dan garam lepas tu di tutup dan di biarkan di luar...   nak tau lagi ke...?  

Belum pernah lagi tengok pemerosesan kicap.... , I think lebih kurang juga. And berlainan ke orang orang itu buat dgn cara Malay磗?

Warna dia warna kuning orange. Sebijik mcm buah import tu cuma saiz besar sikit. Sebekum dimasak, kena buang kulit dia baru potong mcm yg dlm gambar2 yg saya paste. Actually org sini sebut terung dayak. Rasa dia masam2. So tak payah bubuh asam keping or asam jawa dlm masakan. Sedap masak rebus.
