panas teramat kan sekarang nih... kat India sampai ada yg mati... ye la diorang mana yg susah tu memang dok tepi jalan je... so kalau panas melampau kat luar tu memang mati mcm ikan kering je la.... |

below i taken from www.kwsp.gov.my kalau akak ada iakaun bleh login KWSP, akak leh check entitled amount secara online. ada juga documents yg perlu ada semasa submission utk EPF wdraw tuh. saya pernah buat sekali utk rumah pertama. ingat nak buat lagih, tp, syg plak duit ehehe.. lagipun, ada term lain utk wdraw again for 2nd property. ada caranya.
masa saya g exhibition jual2 property last year kat Mid Valley, pegawai EPF tuh ckp, leh wdraw dpd EPF secara bulanan masuk dlm salary account kita utk meringankan beban bayaran rumah. dia siap ckp, wdraw jer mthly utk rumah 1, then bayar utk rumah 2, sbb EPF masukkan dlm salary account. so kalau kita jujur, kita akan gunakan wang tuh seeloknya lah..

saya kena simpan EPF nih... sbb both me & asben x de pencen scheme. nnt dah tua2, sakit tenat mana nak cekau duit? mmg lah ada life insurance, tp lama mana sgt lah tahannya... at least kena spare duit gak utk masa tua nnt. pastuh xleh nak harap kat EPF jer.. kena gak org2 kerja private mcm kami nih wat savings & investment skit2.. property tuh part of our investment sbnrnya.. sbb harga dia x turunkan.. long term byk benefitnya.. |

ada saya baca article dlm newspaper last week, kat Malaysia nih kepanasan nih d rasai d pantai barat semenanjung.. which is kepanasan leh cecah 38 darjah celcius pd siang hari.. lagi padat tempat tuh.. lagi panas cuacanya |

sorry Farah nak tanya soklan bodoh jap.. kat UM tuh terus masuk program persediaan utk degree ke or matriks gak?? I'm not sure which is which tapi my aunt penah ckp masuk matrik mcm ada sket kerugian.. bcoz kalau kantoi (hope never happen to any of our adiks here) u have to go thru all over again mcm budak lepas SPM.. Kalau program for degree u just have to repeat that particular semester/subject je.. My aunt tu penah jadi Pengarah Bhg Penganjuran kt MARA so dia selalu kasik counseling kat lepasan SPM ... maybe i'm confused with some other program... so sorry.... |

my concern tadi sbb ada cousin yg tak lepas matriks kena repeat all over again.. tp for certain program juz have to extend another semester or repeat subject je..  that's why my aunt selalu tak galakkan amik .. membazir masa katanya.. mcm amik form 6 gituh... so better amik diploma program ke hape... |
