Aku kalau dah jem teruk2 sangat kat exit equine park tu, aku tak sanggup queue lama2. Aku pegi straight sampai tol LDP bayar tol RM 1.60, masuk bandar bukit puchong, u turn, pastu masuk balik hiway bayar tol Rm 1.60.
Total time 10 minit aku dah kira. Biarlah aku bayar RM 3.20 dari bazir minyak keta, dengan bazir masa tunggu trafik light situ.
Orang potong queue situ main aku himpit keta dia rapat2. sampai dia give up, dia pegi keta depan, atau belakang aku. |

More jams in store for motorists in Serdang

ONGOING development along Jalan Putra Permai and the Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP) is expected to worsen the traffic condition at the Serdang interchange, which is already congested during peak hours.
According to traffic studies, traffic from the development projects is estimated to be 15,000 pcu/hr (vehicles per hour).
The residential and commercial units are expected to generate 8,000 and 7,000 vehicles per hour, respectively.
Pang Kon Shing, who lives in Kota Perdana, said heavy road usage and upcoming developments were the contributing factors for traffic jams at the interchange.
“Nowadays, the congestions begins even before 7am.
“I saw a sign near the Taman Equine Jusco stating that a hypermarket would be built there. I also heard that another hypermarket is expected to build a branch here as well. These will definitely cause more congestion.
“I hope that the roads can be widened to accommodate more traffic,” the 52-year-old machine operator said.
Pinggiran Putra resident David Santana, who frequently uses the interchange when travelling to Putrajaya, Puchong and Kajang, said overdevelopment was among the causes for the traffic congestion.
“There’s too much development going on in the area and the roads are too narrow.
“During peak hours, the interchange will be choked up and the queue can stretch for up to 1km,
“Impatient motorists who try to cut the queue only add to the mess,” the 41-year-old businessman said.
Highway concessionaire Lingkaran Trans Kota Sdn Bhd (Litrak) communications head Bhavani Krishna Iyer said the highway had a capacity of 8,000 vehicles during peak hours.
“However, with the on-going development projects, we foresee that the traffic volume will increase and, according to our studies, it will be doubled in the next three years.
“This needs urgent attention from the authorities and a co-ordinated effort is needed,” she said.
When contacted, Subang Jaya Municipal Council (MPSJ) public relations officer Azfarizal Abdul Rashid said developers were required to provide contributions for infrastructure, and the amount depended on the nature of the development project.
However, on the question on the council’s role in curbing overdevelopment along Jalan Putra Permai, he has yet to reply by press time.
According to a senior officer from the Selangor Public Works Department (JKR) they have sent a proposal to the Works Ministry for a flyover from Equine Park to the Serdang Interchange to ease comgestion.
“The highway planning unit is now studying the proposal,” he said.

3 hb ritu ada jam teruk dari s. kmbangn menuju ke tmn equine dalam kul 7 mlm gitu.. dari kejauhan nmpak bomba n 2 ambulan.. teruk ke eksiden tu? |

Boleh makan kat kedai Anjung di Taman Sri Serdang, dekat dgn sekolah kebangsaan cina seri kembangan... Banyak pilihan,servis OK, kedai bersih dan harga berpatutan.. |

Ooo.. ya ke? Tak pasti lak Anjung yg nko masukkan sama dgn yg aku cite niih...{:1_143:} Sebab bagi akulah, kalu nak makan makanan berat OK gak sebab boleh tempah -masak makanan panas, ada pilihan makanan barat (western food) juga ... Rasanya , boleh tahan jugak...
Anjung ni yg ada banyak bengkel kereta sekeliling restoran niih..Nko pegi yg ini ke? Ya lah, cita rasa setiap org pun lain2{:1_134:}......tak pe.. |

betul tu..lain org lain citarasa..kat serdang nie kalo ikutkan aku semua kedai makan aku dah jemu dah sebenarnya...
Kalo nak makan berat biasanya aku pegi Kembangan Paradise depan bomba tu...boleh laa tahan walau tak sesedap mana pun.. |

projek buat persimpangan MEX ke Equine tu nmpak dah rancak...
tapi risau plak bila siap nanti makin byk kereta dari Putrajaya yg nak elak tol akan masuk ke Equine utk ke simpang masuk MEX tu...
(macam simpang kat Bdr THO nak elak tol Grand Saga)
so projek ni mcm x beri apa2 penyelesaian pun kat trepik jem kat SK ni  |
