Nak join WLC gak..

aku tinggi 167cm dn berat timbang baru2 ni ms kt klinik 110kg nurse tu tgk aku atas bawah x caya pastu suh aku naik timbang semula tp mmg betul dh sampai tahap mengerikan tu..dia kata biar betul 110kg

perut aku buncit sbb bersalin ceaser..paha ngan montot beso.nk cari bra yg selesa mmg susah sbb selain dr sbb breast aku yg mmg semulajadi beso..pengumpulan lemak di sekeliling gunung tu menyukarkan lg keadaan. skrg dh mula rs sakit tumit belah kiri bila pijak lantai. kakak aku kata kesan berat bdn berlebihan

kalau u nak turunkan berat badan, lifestyle dan pemakanan kena tukar jugak tau chinta.. baca artikel kat pages #1 and amalkan sikit2 mana yg mampu, buat perubahan sikit demi sikit.. gunakan WLC ni sebagai pemangkin utk u berubah ok

Berat 58.1kg.. Alhamdulillah turun gak akhirnya.. Dh lama sgt dah statik.

Tpkan, aci tak berat bdn ni turun sbb puasa sbb rsnya lau tak puasa berat tak berubah.

update berat harini...79.7kg........turun 300gm saje.......
minggu depan nak start masuk gym balik...
mintak2 le cepat sikit turun beratnye...

aci je.. puasa tu salah satu strategi diet..

cuma lepas tak puasa nnt makan pun kena kawal jgk.. takut selera tu bertambah je jadi diet jadi out plk
