Ada, kejap pergi godeh kejap..ni ambik resipi dari Allrecipe (as usual)
Basic Truffles: (make 35 medium size truffles)
335 g cooking chocolate - chopped
80 ml heavy cream (whipping cream type)
Cocoa powder
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine chocolate and cream. Cook, stirring, until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat and whisk in flavoring. Pour into a small dish and refrigerate until set, but not hard, 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Form balls and roll in cocoa powder. Kalau tak nak guna cocoa powder, boleh guna kelapa parut kering/chopped pistachio/chocolate rice lepas tu boleh tambah flavouring masa cairkan chocolate tu.

Dulu rajin buat cookies. Dough yg dah diuli cantik2 simpan dlm fridge like 1/2 - 1 hr. Lepas tu baru potong guna pisau tajam. Cookie butter tak ada. Kalau biskut raya guna acuan je. Tu lah geram nak beli yg pipe siap ada mcm2 bentuk. Yg lama entah mana pergi sebab budak2 suka main.
BTW, ada tengok cookies Christmas serupa mcm biskut makmur. Inti dia almond or walnut. Sebijik mcm makmur except guna butter instead of ghee. |

Saya pun tak pernah tau until one day makan kat one Indian restaurant di Kuching. Sejak tu asyik teringin nak makan. Tosei mcm ni harga RM7 satu keping. Fulamak..... w/p a bit expensive ttp berpatutan. Plat cubalah ikut resipi saya. Boleh guna mushroom yg jual kat shopping malls. Yg jenis mahal tu. In fact sungguh menyihatkan. |

mcm besa nazha punya campak2 je ye kak...
akak anggarkan bahan2 ni...
inti:
daging cincang/ayam
pepper
kayu manis
bawang besar+bawang putih - dadu
oregano (kering)
rosemary (kering)

chicken granule
garam
tumis semua bahan ngan butter yg telah dicairkan sehingga masak..

5-6 biji kentang -rebus dan lenyek

masukkna bhan inti dlm caserol kemudian buh topping tu..kemudian bakar sehingga jadik macam gambar.. (lebihkurang setengah jam kot) |

Tengok gambar truffles tu dah terliur. Ingat nak buat biskut makmur guna butter kejap lagi & salut dgn cooking choc. Cooking choc tinggal sikit je. Jadi tak boleh nak buat truffles. |
