when u occupieds other peoples land and chase them out from their home them u said to the world u are protecting israel from the terrorist and then u denied their basic right, food , medicine and etc.. when people of the world trying to send food, building material, medicine, pencils to gaza, u jump on the ship n spray life ammunition to them in the middle of international water, drag them to israel and ask them to sign a declaration saying that they have entered illegally ... anf further more you tell the world that these people are terrorist..

Helsinki Principles on the Law of Maritime Neutrality
5.2.10 Blockade
Blockade, i.e. the interdiction of all or certain maritime traffic coming from or going to a port or coast of a belligerent, is a legitimate method of naval warfare. In order to be valid, the blockade must be declared, notified to belligerent and neutral States, effective and applied impartially to ships of all States. A blockade may not bar access to neutral ports or coasts. Neutral vessels believed on reasonable and probable grounds to be breaching a blockade may be stopped and captured. If they, after prior warning, clearly resist capture, they may be attacked.

Those pictures were taken on November 2009, a lot can change within this period of time. By the way, its no big secret that people in Gaza have to smuggle in essentials like food and building materials, and those goods sold were probably smuggled items. BTW, those roadside stalls is not a sign of prosperity in Gaza, it is a common scene in many 3rd world country. So by showing us those pictures, you want us to believe the people in Gaza is all well and happy dispite the blockade? Ask your grandparents, are they happy when they were rounded up in ghettos and detention camps by the Nazi? Nobody wanted to be treated like this and among all the people of the world, its the Jews who should known better! |
