Ahahh my favourite subject. Carb diet ni mmg berkesan. Tuhari aku dah buat. I lost 1kg per day. Tapi hari ke 6-7 mmg migraine overdrive.

hahaha tu la saya pon perasan ..bila sebut pasal diet je terus mode tune jadi pembantu kevin gitu . rasa macam best, excited and at the same time happy kalau dapat share and tolong orang lain getting fit and healthy jugak

iye dia cakap lagi tapi for the time being biar la 50 dulu hehe

takpe2..aku pn rasa aku ni mcm dh bakal jd motivator gak..aku cakap psl kalori2 dlm grup wasap pn kawan aku duk fuyoo2.. aku baru je bagitahu diorg aku diet..sibuk diorg ckp masa uni dulu aku paling malas nk ikut diorg jogging..ikut makan je laju..kwn2 aku rajin jogging/renang/bola semua la kat uni..bila keje je masing2 meraung sbb berat naik..tapi bak kata kawan baik aku..dah gaji sedap kan, makan pn sedap la

Hi. I buat 10 hari. Tapi I buat sangat extreme lah. I cuma minum air je. Memang i tak advise orang lain buat camni. Masuk hari ke11 my husband paksa makan. So I belasah la ice cream lol!
Harini I started again. Am hoping to lose another 10. I googled on ketosis. Fat for fuel. I used to be size 8. Now lepas beranak pinak plus lifestyle suka makan I became size 16. Rasa sangat unhealthy.

I suffered sangat tau. Dah tu my husband marah lagi. Gelap2 mata, loya.. sakit kepala.. memang bahaya.. better ikut petua you la.
Mesti makan sikit at least. Now I dah mula guna carb calculator. Kalau google ada kat internet. Dari situ boleh tau berapa banyak boleh makan without gaining.

extreme nya..kenapa tak try healthy way? brapa berat skrg dgn umur?

Hahahaaa alamaksss.. okay lorrr .. I'm 41. Now I am 70kgs. 164cm in height. Overweight.

Frankly, I don't know why I wanna try it again. But this time around.. moderately. That I promised myself. See how it goes. Yang penting stay healthy,  get back in shape.

salam sis. klu menu diet saya ada macam2 kot, tak tetap..tgk lah apa lauk yang ada dekat cafe ofis hehe. yang penting, jangan tinggal breakfast and lunch. malam kurangkan makan. paling lewat saya makan 6.30pm. time awal2 diet dulu saya breakfast makan sandwich telur + salad (2keping) dengan low fat milk pack kecik tu. lunch plk nasi separuh atau suku pinggan, lauk either ayam/ikan dengan vege.

konsep saya senang je, makan je anything u want moderately tapi tak blh lebih dari kalori intake harian dan yang paling penting pls eat clean. no junk foods, fast foods, processed foods, bicarbonate drinks, susu pon pilih low fat punya. then spend at least more than 20mins untuk workout. menu diet lagi specific leh tanya @tiramisuu dia rajin jot down menu

Ahahaha..aku mmg rajin tulis..senang nk monitor..satu buku a5 tulis utk 3bln..skrg dh buku ke3..yay..

Aku rasa utk diet..kena half dr senam n half dr mknan..mcm kucing oren ckp..eat clean food..bila x mkn berminyak bergoreng..muka pn better..ni kwn aku komen psl muka aku la..aku mmg masa tu bkn keutamaan pn psl muka..haha..menu lebih kurang mcm kucing oren..pagi roti bakar/sandwich/oat dgn susu..aku x minum susu putih n oat kosong so aku cari oat coklat n susu coklat..kul 10 makan pisang or muesli bar..tghari nasi sesenduk dgn ayam/ikan panggang@tanpa kuah dgn sayur hijau..ptg lapar mkn pisang/muesli bar..mlm kul 7 mkn ayam panggang@yg dimasak cara sihat..kul 11mlm exercise lbh kurang 20 minit ke atas

Haha..sebab tulis kut..so senang nk conteng n tulis kalori senam sekaligus..old school..manual skit..x reti nk guna apps..hahaha
