Cakap ttng makanan sedap ni kalau bolehnya semuanya nak yg sedap2. Dari gulai asam pedasnya, karinya, kurma-dalcanya, ikan bakarnya sampaikan sambal belacannya, semua harus yg sedap2.  Akhirnya mengidap. Perut pun buncit-boroi, lelama kolesterol tinggi bersahabat pula dgn lemah jantung.  Dah elok sangatlah tu....

Dlm pada ekonomi yg sedang mencabar ni, kita rakyat marhaen ni takat boleh cite lauk2 yg sedap aje le. Bercerita dan kecir air liur je.  Bukan nak berkira (memang kena berkira pun, ye tak) ada keperluan lain yg perlu diprioritikan esp keluarga yg anak2 baru naik sekolah, bajet semua lari.  Kena kejar balek dgn buat 2 kerja. Lainlah pak2 menteri, ada gaji, ada elaun, ada penderma, kekadang tu udang galah/ikan/ketam pun tokey2 hadiah je.  Rakyat kalau nak... beli!

eii sedapnya tengok menu masing-masing.akak dah bertahun tak pergi pasar basah.pantang makanan laut,ketam,lonster,udang, ikan pari, udang galah.hanya makan ikan kecik je,ikan laut saja.ikan sungai,ikan bela,patin tu terliur yg amat.rasa lebih 5 tahun tak beli barang makanan kat atas.
sebab alergik yg amat sanagt.siput sedut,kepah, kerang..belacan..oh tidak..sedapnya..kedai mamak pun kurang.

tuhan bagi cash bak kata forummer.makan tu nikmat.bila semua takleh makan alergik sana sini makan je la ala-alal orang diet.ayam pun dah tak makan,daging pun tunggu korban atau sebulan sekali.la ni semua kena kontrol makan.

Good idea, but are Indian girls 100% good at preparing the curry.  Marrying  muslim men, are they wiilig to become muslim too?

Recipe only not enough to make good curry, you need to have the technique. Only we Indians have the right technique.

India Indian girls must be truly qualified to cook the curry.  I wonder the M'sian Indian girls, with modern influence and not holding old culture, whether they too can cook good curry.

to be honest, iolss x reti masak kari buat je, suami ckp rasa pelik, then iolss try buat ikut step dia, mmg jd betul kari tu..
then, iolss x suka makan kari, tp bila try buat kari ni, mmg 2 hari berderet kami 1 rumah makan kari..ni pun jp lg nk try wat kari daging cincang lak..so far ramai yg try kari ni, semua ckp sedap.

klu ikan, sy x prnh try buat ikan dgn udang, tp umi sy ckp klu ikan, letak halba campur..
sy cuma try kt ayam je, mlm ni baru nk try kt daging cincang
maaf sy x reti masak sgt, resepi puan ratna ni pun, resepi kari ayam yg dia bg..tp sy rasa kari ikan xde 4 sekawan, sy pun x psti sgt, sbb mmg kurang sikit kari ni, x minat

sheols share dkt fb grup Masak Apa Hari Ni, xde video, tp pic la....
saya buat xde amount tertentu pun, buh je ikut sukati berapa bnyk bawang, cili, halia, bawang, rempah semua..

Baru tadi aku beli kari kepala ikan sebelah saje tp besar saiz nya rm5 je. kalu semua kepala ikan tu mesti 10 hengget je, tapi gerai mkn kat Ipoh le

Jap.. Sarawak kan banyak udang galah.. Kenapa xambil dr sarawak jah kalo semenanjung xada bekal..pah ...

Kt swak pun dh makin mahal dan kecik2 je saiz nya..ni yg liar punyalah.yg ternak punya aku x tau.lama dh aku x mkn udang galah..dulu atok aku slalu je bwk balik umah.skang dia pon dh uzur..so xde bekalan dah.
