Oo..kt situ plak bezanya eh...tkleh maxup 5gig 50. Tpi rasa lebih utlntung pkai yg gold kot...

Maxis la yang pertama design product dgn unlimited call & sms. masa tu bkn main customer dtg serah diri puji2 maxis ckp bagus buat plan mcm ni. xde bill shock. tetiap bulan dh tau berape nk bajet byr bill.
Dlm dunia bisnes mmg byk cabaran.
Celcom & Digi tiru sebijik2 pkg yg maxis offer pastu offer data yg besar sket terus nk kata maxis macam2. kesian betul.
Yang curi idea sedap la mengguk di air keruh.

Customers byr,of course they expect things like apa yg dijanjikan oleh telco company tersebut..
Sama juga la dgn maxis,time maxis promo unlimited calls and such,berapa ramai pelanggan celcom beralih ke maxis and say nasty things to celcom?
Vice versa....sama je..
Mcm hp jugak la,berlumba2 keluarkan yg terbaru..
Dorang kisah ke psl pelanggan?i dont think so...
Lagi ramai yg melanggan/purchase lagi dorang suka..
Anywhere pon mcm tu lah..just live with it

I dont think maxis or any other telco boleh patent kan..
Dkt tmpt i ni pon byk telco provided unlimited calls,all-u-can-eat-data,unlimited sms,free calls and such..
And they compete with each other even in broadband lines..
Advert boleh kutuk2 lg other telco/broadband company tau..
So,basically,you just cant say this telco ciplak or what not..
Could be maxis pon ciplak idea telco luar,who knows?
I look at it as a positive side,bila ramai yg compete,dorang akan buat plan terendah,murah and such to attract more customers..
Klu single telco x de choice kan kena hadap je..

Sejak jaman timecell lagi punya pakej
Maxis dah tuka mcm2 pakej dh tp sbb line akak ni wujud zaman timecell derang x lih nak usik
Tp rasanya nak tukarlah sbb maxis data mahei...akak bayar rm88 dpt 1.5gb sahaja....
Memang kemut tul...
bye2 sayonara maxis...u tak jaga ur loyal customer... |

Kalau sahih rm8 tuh 20gb dan rm80 4g unlimited no cap.. Baru telco lain sedar tinggi rendahnya langit hahaha.. Makin kaya la TM kalau prepaid pon dia sapu.. Hahaaa.. |

Kalau letak price RM20 utk 20GB pun dah good deal. Harapnya operator lain akan bagi existing customer mereka bonus quota. Jika betullah harga ini, aku mungkin akan potong line postpaid aku..
