malu gitew nk share tips..hahaha

disebabkn iols ade group fitness kt fb,, so diorg nk byk mbantu.. even tgah sedih, happy smua leh share kt group

n apa yg penting kitorg share..workout..

kebanyakkan workout yg di share ade lah JM, Zuzana, Bodyrock, Tracy Anderson , Mommytv

tu semua depends pada keserasian workout utk diri memasing.

jgn lupa pengambilan diet yg sihat,, tetapkan goal.. then kena pantau..slalu bf fuzzy yg akan pantau mkn, workout fuzzy (sbb kekadang penat lepas keja so malas..huhuhu)

so sepanjang minggu ni fuzzy wat skipping selama 30 min (variety kn) / Zuzana..

btw bro din.. next mon for feb fuzzy nk join lg..

hopefully dpt turun lebih byk utk celebrate bday

    yayy..dah turun 2.9kg..
tp still blom masuk angka 4 lagik...


cuma kontrol makan jek..pastu minum byk2 air mcm yg tips2 kat dlm neh..
pastu 2 kali weekend buat detox cam benang kat sebelah..

dlm seminggu time weekdays pegi gym at least sekali..



bln nih nak bg turun lagik..hopefully berjaya lah..

-Bangun tidor (minum air kosong 1 liter)
-minum monavie
- exercise naik tangga 5 tingkat& skipping 100 kali
-sarapan sebiji tosei & teh tarik kurang manis...

-Mkn tgh hari; nasi sesenduk, ikan bakar & ulam
-laksa ( sikit jer... Rasa sbb mak masak)
-air kelapa muda (sebiji tanpa gula& ais)

- minum petang (2 ketul cucur jagung)
-harini dah berjaya minum 3 liter air...

Refleksi:
Taraaaa!!!! Banyak kali juga ambil karbohidrat, tapi kira ok jugak sebab ambik dlm kuantiti yg kecil. Berjaya jugak tahan diri dr makan banyak sbb tadi balik kg... Apapun kena juga rasa masakan yg mak masak...
