The question I raised ialah both things as primary product, bukan seciondary product. Anggur ialah buah, rumpai laut ialah tumbuhan. Different property, kalau you makan buah banyak2 takda kesan, kenapa you can assume makan rumpai laut takda kesan juga selepas jangka panjang? Do you get it or are we still discussing this irrelevant matter? |

kenapa you takut nak bagi PDF file tu? What are you trying to hide? Macam hadith atau ayat quran, boleh ke kita potong2 tak bagi semua sedangkan bila kita baca semua, baru kita tahu apa sebenarnya yang disampaikan? Kenapa kamu takut nak bagi?
kalau betul seperti apa yang kamu kata, kamu tidak perlu takut, saya tidak biased. Saya cuma mahukan bukti, even though bukti kamu masih tidak dapat membuktikan apa sebab semua makanan yang kita makan hari-hari ada khasiat tersendiri, euchema cottoniii ni juga tidak banyak beza. Kenapa kita nak dengar testimonial saja? Entah2 beginners reka2 testimonial, bukan dia tak boleh buat pun, mungkin sellers jadi multinick nak bikin testimonial. Saya sudah biasa multitasking. Sekarang saya tidak faham kenapa ada orang takut untuk berikan PDF itu, saya cuma nak verify, sebab bagi sekerat2 mungkin menyebabkan salah pemahaman. You tak perlu emo, saya concern dengan penipuan yang dilakukan oleh peniaga dan saya anggap ini ialah perjuangan saya untuk agama dan bangsa saya. Tak perlu halau2.

Abstract
The proximate composition, vitamin C, α-tocopherol,
dietary fibers, minerals, fatty acid and amino acid
profiles of three tropical edible seaweeds, Eucheuma
cottonii (Rhodophyta), Caulerpa lentillifera (Chlorophyta)
and Sargassum polycystum (Phaeophyta) were studied. The
seaweeds were high in ash (37.15–46.19%) and dietary
fibers (25.05–39.67%) and low in lipid content (0.29–
1.11%) on dry weight (DW) basis. These seaweeds
contained 12.01–15.53% macro-minerals (Na, K, Ca and
Mg) and 7.53–71.53 mg.100 g−1 trace minerals (Fe, Zn, Cu,
Se and I). The crude protein content of E. cottonii (9.76%
DW) and C. lentillifera (10.41% DW) were higher than that
of S. polycystum (5.4% DW), and protein chemical scores
are between 20 and 67%. The PUFA content of E. cottonii
was 51.55%, C. lentillifera 16.76% and S. polycystum
20.34%. Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), accounted for
24.98% of all fatty acids in E. cottonii. These seaweeds
have significant vitamin C (~35 mg.100 g−1) and α-
tocopherol (5.85–11.29 mg.100 g−1) contents.

Results and discussion
Table 1 shows the nutrient contents of the seaweeds based
on dry weight (DW) except for vitamin C content. The
protein content of S. polycystum was the lowest (5.40%)
compared to E. cottonii (9.76%) and C. lentillifera
(10.41%), and were within the ranges of brown seaweeds
(3–15% DW) and red and green seaweeds (10–47% DW)
(Arasaki and Arasaki 1983; Darcy-Vrillon 1993; Mabeau
and Fleurence 1993). The protein content of E. cottonii and
C. lentillifera are comparable with that of high-protein plant
foods such as soybean. Variations in the protein content of
seaweeds can occur due to different species and season
(Fleurence 1999; Galland-Irmouli et al. 1999).

Eucheuma cottonii has a high amount of PUFAs
especially omega-3 fatty acids (high levels of EPA) which
is beneficial to health, thereby making it a healthy low-fat
food, rich in omega-3 fatty acids. Omega-3 fatty acids help
prevent the growth of atherosclerotic plaque and affect
blood clotting, blood pressure and improve immune
functions (Stone 1997). High dietary omega-6 PUFA
decreases LDL cholesterol but may also decrease HDL
cholesterol, which adversely affects heart disease risk
(Dietschy 1998; Sánchez-Machado et al. 2004). WHO
currently recommends that the ω6/ω3 ratio should not
exceed 10 in the diet. These seaweeds have a low ω6/ω3
ratio (0.10 for E. cottonii and 1.06 for C. lentillifera) and
may be of use for reducing the ω6/ω3 ratio. Dietary
omega-3 PUFA can reduce heart disease risks, decrease low
density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol but do not lower high
density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol (Stone 1997). Although
seaweeds are low in total lipids, their PUFAs
content can be as high as those of terrestrial vegetables
(Darcy-Vrillon 1993). The presence of these essential fatty

But i makan dah dapat hasilnya, tu dah cukup untuk i. Dengan 3 anak dan terpaksa buat semua urusan hantar ambil anak dan buat keje multitasking jugak..Tapi at least i makan rumpai laut ni, tenaga makin bertambah dan dapat balik masak hari2..tu dah alhamdulillah.. |

Usus kita ni seperti saluran air pada sinki kat rumah kita tu.Setiap hari ia jadi laluan segala jenis makanan yg telah dicernakan...lama-kelamaan, usus kita ini akan dipenuhi oleh mendakan2 makanan yg tercerna,yang menyebabkan usus kita semakin membesar dan melendut.Akibatnya, perut kita akan semakin maju ke hadapan dan sistem perkumuhan kita juga terganggu. Kalau dulu, lawas jer, sekarang mungkin dah kurang lawas. Makan 4 kali sehari...yang buang nyer cuma sekali sehari...bahkan ada yg selang sehari qadha hajat!!!
Kesan2 lain dari usus yg dah sarat dengan pelbagai sisa tu ialah
1) mslh nafas berbau
2) mslh jerawat
3) mslh kulit kusam
4) mslh bdn cepat lesu
5) mslh lambat penyerapan vitamin @ supplement
6) SEMBELIT
dan lain2 lagi....sebagaimana hadith Rasulullah s.a.w, "segala macam penyakit itu berpunca daripada perut" So ini adalah salah satu lagi kebaikan rumpai laut. Senang nk melawas kan. Bila usus sihat automatikly nutrisi akan cepat serap dan bahagian yang jelas kelihatan tentula kulit kita yang semakin berseri.. |

Pada pemahaman saya yang tak de Phd ni, actually kolagen memang ada dalam sesetengah tumbuhan. Tapi ... - an menurut kajian, rumpai laut spesifiknya CE ni, mengandungi amino asid yang tinggi iaitu salah satu komponen dalam kolagen. Hyaluronic acid ni juga didapati tinggi dalam rumpai lau

well ini kena bukti satu kajian dan eksperiment yg khusus dan spesifik pasal EC dan kollagen sahaja utk menjawab soalan ini
