hehe psl aset2 ni manala saya tau, saya ni laki hehe..

tapi logiknya, klu turun berat terlalu laju ni lemak + otot yg hilang, tu kulit akan jadi menggelebeh.. Klu turun berat sikit demi sikit ni, lemak hilang tapi otot bertambah..

minggu ni tak de ultraman mode.. so saya nak compile mereka yg turun kelas bulan ni:

- matakucing (over-normal)
- lilyhm (over-normal)
- pikacun (obese-over)

pagi: roti 2 keping.

dinner: mi goreng sikit,ratah sayur pucuk ubi sikit,sayur nangka masak lemak cili sikit,begedel 2 ketul.

laa apsal lmbat update.. klu tak auntie duk top5 dah..

nak kecikkan nasi lemak ni kena turunkan total lemak utk badan.. takleh nk kecikkan bahagian2 tertentu sbnrnya, kena kecikkan seluruh badan.. buat senaman whole body workout/strength training. cuba tgk post kelas WLC pasal tingkatkan metabolisma badan, saya baru je post.. ada cth whole body workout kat situ..

Dan sorry sekali lagi...Misz hanya berjaya turunkan 200 gm sahaja....
Percutian tidak membantu menurunkan berat lebih banyak.
Lepas tu sangat2 kurang minum air masak

pe nak buat...travel lak sorg2...alamtnyer pi drive thru mcD je lerrr...ataupun mkn fast food je, yg bleh dimkn dlm kete...nak berenti sorg2 kat RnR kurang berani...heheh...
pahtu dah sampai destinasi, banyak pula juadah yg dihidang....mmg dugaan betuiii!
