Masa awal mmg, sampai esokny mcm pengemis kat pudu, jln mengesot sbb otot sakit Hula hoop pun gitu, sampai perut ni nak pegang sakit tp lps 2, 3 hari dh ok.

Buat bperingkat,  naik 50 setiap hari. Tgk kat ig org buat squat 400x, huhu.. Xmampu den.

tp for me i xleh ikut cara yg sepatutnye tu..so i buat cara sendiri..buat yg mampu je..
kalau i overweight tu lain la..
