One particular website not opening

I am facing a very weird problem right now. One particular website (mondotimes.com) is not opening in my browser. I have tried all the possible solution described on other post of this forum but still no good. Most weird thing is when i am trying to open the above website with my cellphone it's opening without any problem.
My cell phone network and my pc network are same as i am using cellphone internet over wifi-hotspot in my pc.
When i am trying to open the website with a broadband connection provided by local ISP then it's opening
Please Help. Thanks !

what browser are you using?

did you have an adblocker installed?

whatever... try a different browser please.
my pc also have 5 browser for backup purpose.

You can fix a specific website not working error by clearing the cookies and cached data stored by your web browser. If it still doesn't work, try uninstalling the web browser. Use CCleaner to remove the leftover files and reinstall the web browser. Many websites include Javascript in their code.
