Tarong Babanam Cacapan Santan, Harus Cuba Terung Bakar Versi Banjar Ini!

Anda menggemari terung bakar? Anda pernah makan masakan Banjar? Nah, hari ini kita cuba resipi terung bakar versi Banjar pula!


Masakan ini diberi nama Tarong Babanam Cacapan Santan atau dalam bahasa mudah difahami semua, Terung Bakar Cicahan Santan. Unik namanya. Rasanya juga pasti unik dan enak!











Bahan:
BABANAM (Bakar)
Terung - dicuci dan terus dibakar tanpa diperisakan. Bakar sampai isi terung lembut (boleh guna ikan keli atau daging rebus/bakar)








CACAPAN SANTAN




1. Santan pekat segar - diperah menggunakan air masak (boleh dimasak kalau nak tahan lama)
2. Asam jawa - dibancuh dengan sedikit air masak
3. Bawang besar (hiris macam buat air asam)
4. Cili hijau (potong ikut suka)
5. Cili merah besar (potong ikut suka)
6. Sedikit belacan
7. Garam dan gula secukupnya




Cara membuat:
1. Campur semua bahan cacapan santan dan ramas-ramas macam buat air asam. Sesuaikan rasa lemak, manis, masam dan pedas. Pastikan tidak cair atau terlalu pekat.






2. Campur bahan babanam ke dalam cacapan santan dan siap dihidang!








Sedapnya dinikmati bersama nasi panas, digandingkan pula dengan ikan bakar. Fuh, meletup! Selamat mencuba dan menjamu selera. - CARI

Tapi dulu time kecil my mom pernah buat mcm ni
Tapi cicah sos kacang (bukan kuah kacang satay)

sis...my mom version dia perah guna air masak suam.
my version, usu guna santan kotak (tak perlu dimasakkan)

kalau ada lebihan utk makan kendian usu simpan dlm fridge, nak makan semula panaskan guna microwave,
tapi biasanya jarang disimpan...mmg buat kasi habis makan terus..
