saper kat sini suke baca biografi pemimpin2 dunia, businessman atau sesaper jela...leh share opinion...i suke baca biografi tunku abd rahman, lee kuan yew, maggie thatcher, and yg terbaru my life, bill clinton....mostly diorang tulis sendiri, lagi best sbb diorg tulis based on their experience...

jangan lupe plak, sirah Rasulullah jangan tak baca plak yea...:lebai:

tgh baca a biography of William Shakespeare by Ladybird Books Ltd...offers a more thorough insight on the life of Sahkespeare...quite interesting...

hmmm biography is certainly my fave, rasanya dah baca lebih kurang 100 books, antaranya:

- Benazir Bhutto: daughter of the east

- Mahathir of Malaysia: statesman n' leader

-100 most influential person in history

- Angela ashes by Mc Court

- Tis by Mc Court

- Falling Leaves by Adeline Yen Mah

- Chinese Cinderella by Adeline Yen Mah

- A Child called It by Dave Pelzer

- The Lost Boy by Dave Pelzer

- A man called Dave by Pelzer

Read countless on British royalties esp Diana (the most controversial "Princess in Love"), Charles, the Queen, William

on Kennedys esp Jacky Kennedy-Onassis, JFK, Caroline (I like "the day John died")

on western "artiststs" : Jodie Foster, Whitney H, Oprah Winfrey etc.

I like biography sebab it is the best way to understand the history of that moment of time, the culture of the people and the personalities as well....my best so far :
Queen Noor of Jordan,
Lee Kuan Yew, Mahathir's book,
Tunku Abdul Rahman yang tebal tu and yg written by Das (very interesting, macam tak puas baca),
nowtrying to find the book by Farah Diba (Shah Reza's widow)......hari tu pi MPH Curve tak jumpa

aku pun minat Adeline Yen Mah, yg pertama saya baca ialah Chinese Cinderella: the unwanted daughter, lepas tu baru baca the Falling Leaves. aku orang Cina, so... nice juga baca macam mana adeline yen belajar bahasa cina spt mana yg atuk dia ajar kat dia, macam chinese characters dan chinese idioms.

tapikan.... biographies dia macam lebih banyak memberitahu org lain yg her stepmom telah berkelakuan buruk kepadanya, it's like she's complaining she didnt get even a penny after her father dies, and rasa rugi sangat after all the efforts she's put it in for her sister and the others.... org cina memang selalu tak biasa jadi forgiver.

oh...aku ada baca buku falling leaves tu
tapi sedikit saja lah

honestly...aku tak brapa minat buku buku yang lebih kepada...autobiografi ni
mulanya aku igt..aku mmg tak suka buku falling leaves tu

masa tu..aku nampak classmate aku baca...(masa tu ada 3 org dah booking nak pinjam buku tu)
aku tgk classmate aku tu tersengih sengih
so aku tanyalah..buku apa tu

dia pun amik buku tu letak kat dada(masih tersengih sengih)
"u mesti baca buku ni tau....sgt menarik la...ada gambar .....lalu membelek belek tunjukkan pada aku...gambar gamba adeline ngan adik bradik dia...mak tiri dia..(beriya iya kwn aku tu xplen mak tiri adeline ni half france)

so aku pun amik buku tu...wow..
the memoir of unwated children...
pastu kwn aku pun cakap...u baca la dulu...
aku yg tgh boring pun amik...baca(dgn ikhlas ni)

masuk aja 5 page aku dah start menguap....

so..aku pun just belek belek gamba aja....

beberapa hari kemudian
kwn aku pinjam satu buku lagi..pasal autobiografi gakla..
tak igt tajuk dan author dia
aku pun baca la sekejap

still....aku mendapati aku masih tak rasa selesa baca buku buku sebegini

tapi aku sgt enjoy..baca buku BOY dr roald dahl....
tataulah...menurut roald buku ni..bukanlah autobiogafi dia..cuma beberapa kenangan pahit manis dia masa kecil

tapi aku rasa mcm autobiografi gak la..kan???

tapi aku suka sgt baca buku malay dilemma...dr dr mahathi mohammad(tapi ini bukan autobiogafi )

like I mentioned above...

autobiography usually when the person wrote personally accounts of his/her life...
or another term...memoir genre ...
biography includes when others wrote about other people...

The autobiography of Malcom X: TIMES magazine nobatkan buku ni as one of the best books of last century!

To think about this man who is called anti-white, anti-Jews, anti-Western countries etc tapi dihormati oleh org2 yang dikatakan dibenci olehnya. Go read this book!
