Prob pc ade worm ... it's keep on duplicated the file ...

saya nak tompang tanyer cemane cara nak ilangkan worm yg merayap2 dlm pc neh .. sbb klo virus kt bleh letak norton dn sebagainya tp prob worm neh blom jumper cara penyelesaiannyer

pliss help psl de mengganggu perjalanan pc dan pc jdk lembab .. sebab de menduplicate or copy files2 yg ada

aloo cik ginchu. Biasanya worm yg paling gemar buat duplicate folder atau file ialah variant brontok. Cuba buat initial test dulu kehadiran brontok ni, klik start > run > taip regedit pastu enter, kalau dia kuar error cakap editing kena disable dgn administrator maknanya ada le brontok kat dalam. Yg lain, start > Control panel > Folder Options > View > Files and Folders pastu cuba clik Show Hidden Files and Folders. Kalau ada worm brontok PC akan restart atau pun dia tutup windows.

Dalam keadaan yg kira dah teruk, worm brontok variant b akan disablekan semua application yg berkaitan dgn cara word filtering tak kira dalam masa normal mode atau safe mode. Kalau dia detect filter ni, virus tu akan cepat2 close application :-

tp mmg fail gen diduplicate.. misalnye gen bkk satu fail tuh kan so biler gen check tgk kat D .. musti ade dienyer duplicate

To start the computer in safe mode

NUM LOCK must be off before the arrow keys on the numeric keypad will function.

memang tu selalu aku buat...
if something happen...masuk safe mode.. then run antivirus...
so far.. my problem solved!

hanya admin sahaja?? cube terangkan?? komp office ke?? jadi ko just user la?? emm.. rase tak kesah sape user atau admin kalau just nak masuk safe mo0de..tadi kwn aku nyer komp tetibe kaspersky tak bleh gune.. plek gak.. die kate lesen tarikh tak kenal pasti.. last2 baru tau.. batri komp die ghaib.. tah sape tah tangan gatal gi ambik.. nyusahkan je..
