Dalam list tu belle ada satu je - Kitchen Confidential by Anthony Bourdain.

Love his programme on travel and living channel and to me his brand of sarcasm is hilariously funny. Some ppl dont dig it, but i  bourdain!!

If u love his "a cook's tour" show on astro, u'll love the above read. If u dont, enuf said lah kan

p.s : Yet to devour 'the nasty bits' by the same author. Must find time!!

Just saw "snow falling on cedars" on channel 42 just now. Highly interesting movie i'd say. Hopefully the book will be an even more engaging (bcoz i usually find movie adaptations disappointing if not 'oversimplified').

ihanks for the list Jiddin.

But a little ff: i'd also like to suggest "The God of Small Things" by Arundhati Roy. I read it many years ago and forgot the storyline, but it's definitely worth reading and keeping.

dalam list tu baca 2 je, cat's eye & kite runner.. dua-dua pun best.. snow falling on cedar tengah baca...

nak bagi suggestion utk 2 buku pun susah jugak sebab tak baca semua.. cara terbaik ialah baca review utk buku-buku tu & pilih cerita yang u agak-agak akan suka..
