Breaking up is hard to do, particularly when your ex-boyfriendstarts dating someone else three weeks later, who is now carrying hischild.
Case in point, Hilary Duff, 19, who last November broke up with her boyfriend of two years, Joel Madden, 28, only to watch him quickly take up with Nicole Richie, 25.
Then Duff was dealt another blow when her parents announced they were getting divorced.
In the new issue of Seventeen, the squeaky clean pop singer reveals how she got over two breakups in one year and what she really thinks about her ex.
On ex-boyfriend Joel Madden:
揑 was really happy in my relationship with Joel. I was with him fromage 16 to 18. Those are important years. He抯 my first love, so I抣lalways care about him. But I definitely feel like a different personnow that we broke up. And I DO feel happy!擺/font]
On the breakup with Joel:
