Sumber: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ten_commandments

(Tak sure tulisan ni mmg nampak cam terbalik ke aper ke).

The commandments passage in Exodus contains more than ten imperativestatements, totalling 14 or 15 in all. However, the Bible itselfassigns the count of "10", using the Hebrew phrase ʻaseret had'varim梩ranslated as the 10 words, statements or things.[2] Various religions divide the commandments differently. The table below highlights those differences.

Notes: * The Finnish and Swedish Lutheran church uses a slightlydifferent division of the ninth and tenth commandments: 9. Thou shaltnot covet thy neighbor's house; 10. You shall not covet your neighbor抯 wife, or his workers, or his cattle, or anything that is your neighbor抯. [3]

Masih dari link yg sana:

Muslim Understanding (dalam Islam dah ade):

In Islam Moses/Musa is venerated as one of the greatest prophets of God. However, Islam also teaches that the texts of the Torah and the Gospelshave been corrupted from their divine originals over the years, due tocarelessness or self-interest. Despite this purported corruption, messages from the Torah and the Gospels still coincide closely with certain verses in the Qur'an.This is by-and-large the case with the Ten Commandments. Consequently, despite the Ten Commandments not being explicitly mentioned in the Qur'an they are substantially similar to the following verses in the Qur'an (using Jewish numbering of the Commandments):
  • "There is no other god beside God."(47:19)
  • "My Lord, make this a peaceful land, and protect me and my children from worshiping idols." (14:35)
  • "Do not subject God's name to your casual swearing, that you mayappear righteous, pious, or to attain credibility among the people."(2:224)
  • "O you who believe, when the Congregational Prayer (SalatAl-Jumu`ah) is announced on Friday, you shall hasten to thecommemoration of GOD, and drop all business." (62:9)
The Sabbath was relinquished with the revelation of the Quran.Muslims are told in the Quran that the Sabbath was only decreed for theJews. (16:124) God, however, ordered Muslims to make every effort anddrop all businesses to attend the congregational (Friday) prayer. TheSubmitters may tend to their business during the rest of the day.
  • "....and your parents shall be honoured. As long as one or both ofthem live, you shall never (even) say to them, "Uff" (the slightestgesture of annoyance), nor shall you shout at them; you shall treatthem amicably." (17:23)
  • "....anyone who murders any person who had not committed murder orhorrendous crimes, it shall be as if he murdered all the people." (5:32)
  • "You shall not commit adultery; it is a gross sin, and an evil behaviour." (17:32)
  • "The thief, male or female, you shall mark their hands as apunishment for their crime, and to serve as an example from God. God isAlmighty, Most Wise." (5:38 - 39)
  • "Do not withhold any testimony by concealing what you hadwitnessed. Anyone who withholds a testimony is sinful at heart." (2:283)
  • "And do not covet what we bestowed upon any other people. Such aretemporary ornaments of this life, whereby we put them to the test. Whatyour Lord provides for you is far better, and everlasting." (20:131)
It can also be noted that in the 17th chapter, "Al-Israa" ("The Night Journey"), verses 22-37, the Qur'anprovides a set of moral stipulations which are "among the (precepts of)wisdom, which thy Lord has revealed to thee" that can be reasonablycategorised as ten in number. It should be noted however, that theseverses are not regarded by Islamic scholars as being somehow set apartfrom any other moral stipulations in the Qur'an,nor are they regarded as a substitute, replacement or abrogation ofsome other set of commandments as found in the previous revelations.
  • Worship only God: Take not with Allah another object of worship; or thou (O man!) wilt sit in disgrace and destitution. (17:22)
  • Be kind, honourable and humble to one's parents: Thy Lordhath decreed that ye worship none but Him, and that ye be kind toparents. Whether one or both of them attain old age in thy life, saynot to them a word of contempt, nor repel them, but address them interms of honour. (17:23) And, out of kindness, lower to them the wingof humility, and say: "My Lord! bestow on them thy Mercy even as theycherished me in childhood." (17:24)
  • Be neither miserly nor wasteful in one's expenditure: Andrender to the kindred their due rights, as (also) to those in want, andto the wayfarer: But squander not (your wealth) in the manner of aspendthrift. (17:26) Verily spendthrifts are brothers of the Evil Ones;and the Evil One is to his Lord (himself) ungrateful. (17:27) And evenif thou hast to turn away from them in pursuit of the Mercy from thyLord which thou dost expect, yet speak to them a word of easy kindness.(17:28) Make not thy hand tied (like a niggard's) to thy neck, norstretch it forth to its utmost reach, so that thou become blameworthyand destitute. (17:29)
  • Do not engage in 'mercy killings' for fear of starvation:Kill not your children for fear of want: We shall provide sustenancefor them as well as for you. Verily the killing of them is a great sin.(17:31)
  • Do not commit adultery: Nor come nigh to adultery: for it is a shameful (deed) and an evil, opening the road (to other evils). (17:32)
  • Do not kill unjustly: Nor take life - which Allah has madesacred - except for just cause. And if anyone is slain wrongfully, wehave given his heir authority (to demand qisas or to forgive): but lethim not exceed bounds in the matter of taking life; for he is helped(by the Law). (17:33)
  • Care for orphaned children: Come not nigh to the orphan's property except to improve it, until he attains the age of full strength...(17:34)
  • Keep one's promises: ...fulfil (every) engagement [i.e.promise/covenant], for (every) engagement will be enquired into (on theDay of Reckoning). (17:34)
  • Be honest and fair in one's interactions: Give full measurewhen ye measure, and weigh with a balance that is straight: that is themost fitting and the most advantageous in the final determination.(17:35)
  • Do not be arrogant in one's claims or beliefs: And pursuenot that of which thou hast no knowledge; for every act of hearing, orof seeing or of (feeling in) the heart will be enquired into (on theDay of Reckoning). (17:36) Nor walk on the earth with insolence: forthou canst not rend the earth asunder, nor reach the mountains inheight. (17:37)

nah aku rase derang tk jumpe lg ....  they still searching for it ... ari tu aku dgr that jews are trying to find it .... tak tau laa if it wat found thent it should be the biggest news ever ... because that ark would be one of the hard evidence that god exist ....same lah noah ark ...

bu i think god would not give man such ...direct and concrete evidence .... because then it wouldn't be a test right ...and it wouldn't faith .... so based on this basis i just make make an assumption that the ark of covenant were never found and never will be

concrete evidence? pyramid giza tu dah menunjukkan salah satu concrete evidence yg menceritakan perihal firaun di dalam Al-Quran sebagai rujukan pembaca. Bagi pendapat aku, tuhan kalo boleh nak tunjukkan semua concrete evidence serta merta (not by miracle as last time ago) supaya menyedarkan makhluk manusia.

Ark Of The Covenant merujuk kepada bekas dimana Ten Commandments dan lain-lain artifak suci Bani Israil disimpan.

i agreed with u...quran is the only words of god that is real and proven of allah existance...most mysteries in the world yet being explored by the moslem archeologist,or nation that so call "islamic"........
why dont this people form this "moslem explorer in true search of Allah trails",yet there are thousands things revealed in quran to be searched, and mind you, this people(non moslems)already ahead of us in search of these things:
1)the holy grail(cawan tadahan darah waktu Isa disalib)
2)Noah's Ark
3)Alexander's wall (to contain yajut&majut)
4)AlMahdi(messiah) landing ground to face dajjal

and many others.....(sila tambahkan....)

Re : Holy Grail...dalam Islam, the person crucified is not even Isa Al-Masih...so the Holy Grail, the Spear of Destiny and the shroud is not part of Islamic history.

the story of holy grail related to Isa AlMasih, must look into many and different perceptives....true in islam belief that Isa wasnt crucifed but Allah changed to "a look alike" Isa(cant recall the name)but i dont think its that easy...Dan Brown 's The Da Vinci Code had revealed many "issues"that the Christian started to reanalyze jesus in many ways ncluding jesus could marry Mary Magdelene and creating inheritancy......
Islam beleived Isa being "beam up" in a form of "roh"and promised to be back to earth during the final confrantation with Dajjal (D-DAY)...

and some believed Isa somehow the one being "crucified "physically and it is important to grab that "holy grail"..as the blood of jesus would give "eternal life"till the D-DAY....(HIDUP SELAMANYA).......

hmm .... dgn penemuan tak membuktikan bahwa tuhan wujud ke tak tp membuktikan sesuatu kejadian tu benar2 berlaku ....

cth klau jumper bahtera nabi nuh ..... dier just membuktikan cerita nabi nuh tu betul tu jek ....tp tak membuktikan bahwa nabi nuh menerima wahyu or nabi nuh tu nabi ke ... same laa cam penemuan lain ... korang kene fikir dan dalami bende betul2 .... kenape tuhan tk tunjukkan bukti kewujudan dier secara terang terangan .... or dgn kate lain menurun kan keajaiban cam tu jerk .... well senang jer ... tuhan nk manusia mencari dier ... dier nk manusia pergi ke die .....

katekanlaa .... dlm hari ni satu keajaiban telah berlaku .... sbbkan tu sume org peluk islam ... aku tanye ko laa ... ade nilai ke keimanan derang tu sume .... aku rase tk sbb ... mereka  lihat sendiri kewujudan tuhan tu .... mereka dah lihat sendiri kewujudan syurga dan neraka tu ...

nk bandingkan dgn kiter skrang .... kiter tk penah lihat syurga dan neraka .... kiter tk penah lihat bukti yg concrete dan direct dr tuhan ..... tp kiter percaya tuhan tu wujud ....syurga dan neraka tu wujud .... tu yg dinamakan faith atau keimanan .... kiter percaya pd sesuatu yg tidak dibuktikan lg kewujudan dier ...... cth kenape kiter percaya nabi tu rasul ... penah kiter pegi ceremony kerasulan dier or bercakap directly ngan dier .... dan tgk2 bukti kerasulan dier ...tak kan tp kiter percaya dier tu rasul ...dan kiter percaya ngan kewujudan tuhan .....

klau betullah seseorang tu islam ...die tidak perlukan bukti cam noah ark laa, ark of covenant, alexander wall, singa berazanlaa, manusia jd ikan pari laa sejadah bersembahyangla dan lain .... dh cukup bg dier memandang ke langit dn melihat bintang2, memerhati ciptaan2 tuhan dan berfikir ...

nilah pendapat aku ...

owh ....pasal nabi isa ..... the story of the look alike ...there's some scholar doubt the validity of the story, in the al-quran said that they see what appear to them that they crucified isa, there's nothing that said about a look alike ... the "look a like" were brought by Christian that embraces islam, i dunno how they came out with the story, look what i like emphasis here that u should be carefully about stories about nabis and rasuls because some stories were influenced by the israelis ....or dongeng israel ... because even before muhamad, people back there know about ibrahim, sulaiman, daud or any other prophets but the didn't called them prophet, but they're notable individuals, so there's stories about them and well u know these past down from generation to generation ...and the story changes either exaggerate or left out ... what left what we had now so be careful on what u heard and tell because ....u maybe spreading lies and the untrue

oh yeahh.."the look alike" about the i think i heard it from ahmed deedat ....  so if u ask me i think the cruxifixion is just and illusion that brought upon them ...

because some stories were influenced by the israelis ....or dongeng israel

So, to all umat Islam, wake up, jgn takliq, do ur own research, tell the other, make ur own book, write ur article in the net, spread it, and leave those Isrealies@caucasian terkontang kanting....and u as the researcher, dah menaikkan sedikit walau tidak byk utk kebangkitan kegemilangan Islam semula.
