RA has been changed by someone else?

I wonder how someone other than moderator can change the RA. Its looks like that all thread were changed from 3 to lower RA.

baru perasan.. camane user ID yg RA 0 setelah dibeggarkan, boleh masuk thread yg ada RA?

I think my mistake gak. Dar already confirmed that no one can change the RA, the 'person' who put the iklan(s), has RA 3, so anything 1,2 and 3, he or she can get into
