Tolong! Camna nak mintak refund dr Qantas?

aku culup2 hangin ari ni... 26/2, aku buat booking online utk flight dr spore - melbourne. tunggu punye tunggu, takde confirmation. aku buat 2 bookings, separate aku n family, n mak ngah aku n family. tp dedua aku bayar pakai credit card aku. so, dah sampai 3 hari takde confirmation apa2, n aku call credit card aku, diaorg kata, confiremd charges tu cancelled, akupun try book mas, mak ngah aku dah book n settle dah.

hari ni tup2 qantas hantar email ckp semua booking aku confirmed, and they have charged my cc. aku punye hangin!! takde call, takde pe, dr 26/02, baru hari ni dia confirmed! so aku call nak cancel, si rep tu kata, takleh cancelled, dia cume boleh bagi credit voucher je. bila masa plak la aku nak pegi travel lagi... arghhh!!!

mintak tolong dr korang, sapa2 ada pengalaman camna nak claim dr airline ni? yg mmg geram sgt2, dahle tunggu lama, tak confirm2, tetiba confirm n charge cc aku. cc akupun sama le, aku call, ckp charges tu semua dah cancelled, tup2 kena charge pulak. tolong bagi idea camna aku nak dpt balik refund.... hangin!!! :@

since ko nak gi melbourne bawa sekali printout booking yang confirmkan reservation ko tu dan
bila sampai kat melbourne airport nanti ko terus gi kat Qantas Ticketing office dia kat Terminal Departure area Level 1 ...kat situ ko boleh  try apply for refund.....selalu memang airline ni bagi credit voucher for payment with credit card tapi some of credit voucher can submit to the credit
card bank and offset balik ....cuba ko check dgn bank credit card ko samada dia accept credit
voucher tu.......
