ni dah keje..aku slalu dukung anak aku naik tangga 3 tingkat..pastu aku slalu drive jauh..duduk lama2
skrg ni aku rasa cam dh kronik je sakit tulang belikat aku ni..bila aku rasa..mcm dh bengkak sket urat tu..nak tido pun tak selesa..nak buat camne aa? nak urut takot l apulak
