1. kawan aku ni selalu ikut senaman aerobik dan ada tokoh jadi guru aerobik...

tetapi dia nak sijil utk boleh buat classes...ada tak korang tau mana tempat dia boleh belajar utk dapat cert

utk mengajar aerobic ni...

2. soklan aku kedua:...apa korang fikir ttg senaman aerobic ni...korang join tak????

aku buat senaman aerobic ni kat rumah berpandukan dvd. pernah gak terpikir nak pg class tp adoihaii...mesti aku malas nye nak pg nanti

1. yang offer sains sukan mcm uitm tu dah tentu ada kursus jangka pendek..takpon bleh sebey sek sukan bukit jalil..kalo2 ada offer short term course just to get certified.

2. aku tak join sgt senam robik...nanti robek badan aku nie haa ..tapi kalo tarian poco2 aku join kot

i walk 3-5 km a day during my work ... kawan aku pernah timing guna pedometer...
aerobics...emm dont think i need ?? i pilates..

dolo2 penah la join...club wanita MCA 3 ari seminggu., not just aerobic tpi more tu dancing class
macam2 style dancing...smpai aku pun naik pening nak ingat step..
Last2 aku stop..join pun coz teman kan MIL.

Now i prefer skipping...its fun

klu skipping kt dlm bilik atas..org kat bawah pun leh pecah otak ....
takat ni kita cuma leh buat sampai 400skip je tiap ari...
tu pun dah gigil kepala lutut..
