[How To..] Windows Installer Service Problem (fail: *.msi)

Windows Installer Service ni berfungsi untuk mengkofigurasi
installation fail yg khusus seperti Windows Installer File (.msi)
dan fail untuk services ini adalah msiexec.exe yg terletak di
[dir]:\Windows\System32.

Ada beberapa jalan penyelesaian:
1. Klik Start>Run dan taip: net start MSIServer > Enter
    Cuba install semula.

2. Masuk Safe Mode atau Normal Mode
    Start>Run dan taip: msiexec \regserver > Enter
    Restart dan reinstall.

3. Check dalam System32 folder fail msiexec.exe
     jika ada msiexec tanpa extension (saiz 0Kb) tambah extension .old
    (ini supaya Windows Installer Service dimulakan dgn fail yg betul)

4. Right Click My Computer>Manage
    Akan keluar Micro$oft Management Console (MMC)
    Expand Services and Applications > Services
    Pada bhgn kanan cari Windows Installer (tekan W)
    Double Click Windows Installer (Kluar dia punyer props)
    sama ada set Startup Type: Automatic atau Start Service Status (jika stopped).
    -> jika kluar mesej: Could not start the windows installer service on local computer
        check msiexec.exe dalam system32 folder ada atau tidak (rujuk no. 3).

5. Copy dan save dalam bentuk registry file (.reg):
    Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
