AKU NI TINGGI 178 DGN BERAT 80 KG KOT...NTAH LA BILA LAST AKU TIMBANG....
SO AKU NAK TANYA PENDAPAT DARU SUDUT SAINS KESIHATAN KAT WARGA BOARD YG BIJAK PANDAI....

AKU NAK BINA BADAN N GAIN MUSCLE..HEHEHE..

MASALAH AKU SEKARANG AKU TAK MKN SEBARANG JENIS SAYUR DAN BUAH2 SEJAK DARI SEGI..
SO SECARA LOGIK MISTI AKU KEKURANGAN ZAT KOT....BTOI TAK???...

SO SAPE2 ADER IDEA CADANGAN UNTUK ATASI MASALAH AKU NI..MAKSUD AKU GANTIKAN ZAT VITAMIN YG AKU TAK DPT DARI SAYUR N BUAH2....

ADER YG SUGGEST MKN MULTIVITAMIN....
BOLEH KER? MUJARAB KER?...

amikla la product buat muscle mass...lam bentuk powder salunya..
dier ada camporan semua vitamin...and minerals...protein ...khas utk buat muscle...

dulu2 masa aku umo..16..and 17...
aku bina badan...aku dulu kurus kering..
cara aku...makan byk...then exercise berat2..

skrang badan aku lam kategori sedang2
but...be careful klu ko main angkat berat bagai..
repetitive movements can cause...DVT...
Deep Vein Thrombosis...a silent killer...

and jaga2 angkat berat...jangan sampai fiber muscle ka apa terkoyak..

n as for DVT cmen nak cetect yg kite kene DVT if kt main besi..?

aku skrang pun dh sedang kot bdn aku..nak cyt bg timbul segala..frame aku dh ada...nk bg musccular je kot..
