ape pendapat korang kalau majikan suh buat laopran mingguan ape kerja kita buat kat opis.. bes ke tak bes?

ini yang terjadi pada ku..bukan takat mingguan jer..setiap hari dia pantau..keje kena sentiasa update..

penah buat mcm ni to my staff yg ader problem..
i check kijer dia everyday.. either pg or sblm blk kijer...
smpai dia blh catch up semua benda yg sepatutnyer dia buat...

    puncanye sbb sorg staff yg tak wat keja since bulan 8 taun lepas.. dia pnye pasal sume kena,.

2 update kerja kita
3 majikan tau kita buat kerja
4 majikan tau tahap kemampuan kerja kita
5 supaya kita alert
6 tambah knowledge

tapi tengok majikan jugalah
kekadang kerja 25 jam pun majikan tak appreciate.
yg dia tau untung  je

that's mean majikan anda sorg yg prihatin..
itu cara paling baik nk nilai prestasi staff...
sanggup ke org yg x buat kijer tu dpt increment yg sama byk ngan awak?
x rs geram ke kalo org yg x buat kijer tu dpt bonus yg sama?
also cara paling halus kalo nk buang org...
yr boss ader reason yg kukuh..
xder la dia nk buang sebarang org...

think positive ajer....
bl kiter pk susah.. mmg la susah jdnyer...
mcm midar jugak.. sblm ni decision semua blh buat sendiri...
suddenly.. dlm sekelip mata semua kena ubah...
mula2 mmg susah.. lama2.. xder benda pon..
just part of my task jugak...

    midar.. sy keja jabatan kerajaaan laa huhuhu... gaji sama je sume dgn org yg gred  same...bonus pon sume dapat kan takde   pilih-pilih rajin ke malas

kalo kiter menentang arus... mmg la payah...

midar baca posting figurae sblm u edit td...
sbnrnyer.. anggap tu semua sebagai pengalaman...
one day nanti... u akan berterima kasih pd pengalaman tu..
mcm midar sendiri, graduate fm uitm..
my superior dulu lulusan spm ajer.. mmg btl2 kampung punya org..
umur dh cecah 30++, tp x pernah g masuk tgk wayang..
jgn kata tgk wayang, bus express pon dia x pernah naik..
pendek kata.. dunia dia... cuma umah & g kijer ajer...
g kijer pon naik bus ajer.. tu ajer yg dia tau...
tp.. for me she's a great leader...dia tau how to control people..
& yg paling penting.. for every task yg dia bg tu...
dia akan ajar smpai kiter blh settlekn sendiri semua task yg dia bg...
sgt2 sabar walaupon airmuka mmg garang giler...
tanya la baper kali pon.. dia akan sabar menjwb..

of course sbg ketua.. t/jwb tu lbh...
tp.. kalo kiter ikhlas..pasti ader balasannya....

dulu mase kerja swasta ade gak bos mcm tu
tp memang banyak gile belajar
mmg bile dia retired teringat pulak.. padahal mase dia ade rase keje like hell je
tu lah.. layankan jela deme nak ape pon..
janji keje deme nak siap

cumenye letih nak melayan..
takpelah.. kang cuti bersalin hamek 3 bulan..
cuti kow-kow punye

baru mingguan...yang aku nih setiap hari..kena tunjuk progress report...penat nak pikir...yelah tkkn lah semua report nak rutin..mesti ada yang baru....
