Working location: One City, Sky Park, Subang Jaya

(1) FASHION OUTLETS/KPOP MERCHANDISE & DVD STORE/COSMETIC STORE(TONY MOLY)

1a) Retail Manager

Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales target and maximise profitability of your store.
• Ensure a high level of customer service in your store and follow up on the results.
• Maximise sales opportunities by having a commercial focus.
• Ensure that the visual merchandising is meeting standards.
• Ensure in housekeeping is well managed, maintain overall discipline within outlet for optimal overall cleanliness, stock tracking of slow moving item, transfer of stock within outlet and reduce stock loss.
• Ensure that all safety, security, operation and administration routines are followed.
• Plan and work towards specific goals with management team.
• Reduce staff turnover by improving staff orientation, communication, motivation, and training.
• Oversight of all aspect of human resource management which include staff performance, staff evaluation, progression, mediation of staff dispute.
• Recruit, train, develop, plan, organise the team as needed.
  

1b)Retail Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fashionable, trendy and stylish person.
• The ability to lead and motivate a teamAttend sales & customer enquirers Merchandise display and replenishment of stocks. Discipline with sales drivenAny other duties & tasks that may assigned from time to time
  

Requirements:

• At least diploma in Fashion Marketing/ Marketing/ any relevant fields.
• Possess good command of both written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• Highly motivated team player with great initiative, interpersonal skills.
• Must be fascinated by fashion and keep up with the latest trends.
• Pleasant personality, friendly & approachable.
• Min. 1-2 years working experience in retail Must be computer literate.
• Willing to work on shift, weekend and public holiday
  

1c) Retail Sales/Promoter

Responsibilities:

• Responsible of day-to-day activities of shop for promoting products and assisting retail customers with their inquiries, plus any ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
• Attending to customers’ needs & providing excellent customer service.
• Stock Replenishment, housekeeping, etc.Achieve sales targetCashier functions Assist in general operational functions in the outletsRunning promotions.
  

Requirements:

• Pleasant and outgoing personality.
• No need experience, full training provided.
• SPM / Fresh graduates / Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Required language(s): English, Malay, Chinese.
• Applicants must be willing to work retail hours (includes weekends and public holidays).
• Good customer service skills.
• Full time and part time basis.
  

1d) Make Up Artist/Beauty Consultant (Tony Moly)

Responsibilities:

• To advice solutions to customers pertaining to skincare and beauty issues.
• Highly enthusiastic about skincare and beauty.
• Actively promote marketing activities, skincare products and beauty treatments set out by management.
• To maintain contact and build good and lasting relationship with customers.
• Promoting and selling beauty products.
• To provide professional treatment and beauty consultation.
• To provide Excellent and Follow Up Services towards customers.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM Qualification.
• Able to converse in Mandarin / Chinese dialect and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Ability to converse in English is an added advantage.
• Possess equivalent qualification or having working experience in beauty industry.
• Posses a pleasant disposition, warm personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team player who is a good communicator, has friendly personality, and excellent customer service skills.
• Willing to work on shift, weekend and public holiday.
