Nk berhenti kerja gomen tp ada housing loan

saya ada pertanyaan...

kalau nk berenti kerja gomen, mcmana dgn status housing loan yg ada..??
ini kerana potongan terus dibuat melalui payslip tiap2 bulan.
wpon berhenti tp masih niat dan mampu teruskan bayaran loan tersebut..

so...pertanyaan saya...

1. boleh atau tidak berhenti kerja dgn masih terikat dgn housing loan (potongan thru payslip)

2. status loan bila berhenti kerja


hrp2 sapa2 yg ada pengalaman dan info sudi berkongsi...

first of all, u kene cek loan u kat kementerian kat putrajaya tu....kalau tak silap, dia akan suruh u langsaikan semua loan tu and amik loan kat bank. sebab loan goverment hanya utk goverment.unless u bukan amik loan goverment, u kene inform kat bank@koperasi tempat u buat loan n bincang mcm mana nak bayar utk bulan2 seterusnya...apa2 maklumat, u blh cek kat SPA

saper kata tak boleh?
pencen awal ni dikira sebagai bersara awal..opsyen bersara pilihan..
kalau dah rasa gaji yg kita dapat di tempat baru tu lebih 5x drpd gaji yg kita dapat kat gov..
y not kita berenti?? huhuhu...

atau mgkin ada sebab2 tertentu..selain sebab diatas..

menjawab persoalan tuan umah..
loan yg tuan umah buat tu loan dengan kerajaan (treasury) atau dengan bank?
kalau dengan treasury..rasanya, awak kena settle semua baki yg ada..
tak kiralah dengan apa cara sekalipun..sebab setau saya..
loan gov hanya utk gov servant sahaja..

kalau awak buat loan dengan bank, itu awak kenalah bincang
dengan pihak bank..
dan saya rasa, kalau dengan pihak bank, mgkn tak banyak masalah..
just inform them ttg pertukaran tmpt kerja..
pastu, gunakan bank yg sama utk kemasukan gaji di tmpt keje baru
supaya urusan pemotongan gaji through pay slip dilakukan seperti biasa..
mungkin macam tulaa kot caranyer..

b4 ko berenti, ko amik loan dr commercial banks or islamic banks (skrg byk oper bfr or blr - 2.1% = 3.45%)...
ko jgnla pulak bgtau ko nk tukar keje etc.
tp sbb banker pun bukan bodoh (klau yg dah senior espeseli).. diorg akan tanya ko napa nk tukar n refinance gomen loan. keje kat gomen ke tak etc etc (nak pastikan payment ke diorg nanti x terjejas).
then, dalam masa ni, ko kene terus terng.
TAPI, aklau ko dah dapat oper lain, ko tunjuk je oper letter ko ke bank tuh.
so, ko kene pastikan loan dr commercial/islamic disbursed b4 ko berenti so xsusah2 treasury ko mintak duit dr ko.

++KALAU AKU JADI KO, AKU CALL JE PUTRAJAYA TANYA apa procedure.
aku penah call untuk pre-settle loan rumah mak aku.
dia tak tanya pun sapa ko etc etc...
so, ko xyah bimbang sgt kalau dia nk cop ko or apa2 nk ks ko x naik.
++kalau diorg cop pun.. xde masalah. ko nk berenti pun kan? ;)

paling penting, kalau nk mintak loan dr commercial/islamic banks... pastikan loan ko yg bukan gomen tip-top x lewat >1bulan dalam masa 12bulan terakhir nih.
kalau cr card ko >30% of limit pun, banks agak cuak ngan org gini

mmg amik govt housing loan...kalo commercial bank punya loan xdelah payah2 sgt...
ingatkan boleh continue je loan tu...rupanya xleh ya...
ape pon takde masalah kalau bereti kerja pon still mampu lg langsai monthly tu..
so kena refinance dgn commercial bank pulak lah yaa...

maksud terus terang tu thats mean mengaku nk berhenti keja ke...??
karang kalau mengaku payah pulak bank nk bg loan....

actually takde msalah pon nk setel loan tu tp  mmg kena refinance balik lah...
tp kalau dpt continue je govt loan tu alamak bahagianyaaa...

kalau loan ko besar n legal ko tanggung, bl-2.35% punnnn ade.

bila blr/bfr naik lebih dr 6.1% baru kira gomen loan untung.

aku rasa x ssh sgt persoaan ni..refinance aje balik....cuma kalo ko totally berenti n xde offer keje lain...kene ssh pyh sket la nego ngn bank tu...heheh....kene pandai2 corner la kan...utk menunjukkan ko masih lg capable utk membayar loan tu.....

aku ari tu pon ade jgk pk2 aku nk keje sampai umur 40 je....kekek pastu nk berenti...at least aku dpt pencen jgk wpon x penuh....tp xtau la...aku so far xde commit loan gomen ape lg...ngn bank rakyat ade la.....

mcm rugi je kalau refinance...kalau merugikan terpaksa pikirkan alternatif lain.

kalau continue bayar mmg small matter je nk settle monthly...
nk refinance yg problem ni...tp biasalah nk dpt sesatu benda xkn senang2 je boleh dpt...

ada tp kene keje at least 15 tahun or umur dh mencapai 40 thn....mana satu terdahulu.....br blh dpt pencen....kalo awal drpd tu...xkan dpt pencen...kalo bersara pilihan pon ade calculation pencen dia....bkn blh dpt full....mcm mak aku dulu cikgu...dia bersara pilihan masa umur 47 thn...at that time dia dh bekerja 23 thn...sepatutnye kalo dia kerja 25 thn br dpt full pencen...

member aku plak ada wat loan keter dgn kerajaan. pastu dia behenti masuk PBT... loan tu dia kena bayar tiap2 bulan wat bank draf....
