Clean Fresh Installed Windows XP : What to do next?

Kita tahu kan kalau kita fresh install Windows Xp, we have to search the drivers for the hardware. Part tu yang aku payah.
Soalan :
1) Boleh tak suggest apa-apa software yang boleh cari driver for hardware after clean fresh install?
2) Boleh suggest software yang useful untuk godek-godek Windows XP supaya nampak cantik and could boost the computer performance?
FYI, aku ada DVD Windows XP Professional Lite SP3. Windows XP yang dipasang kat netbook. Memang ringan giler. Start-up boot 8 saat jer...hehehe. |

1- next time, simpan info hardware. download n simpan dlm disc if possible. update once a while. uniblue is okay.  tapi aku prefer cara manual.
2- aku tak galakkan sbb cantik windows akan utilize memory, such eye candy, etc... i dont like it. slalu guna classic theme even if guna windows 7.
first thing to do after fresh install is
- create restore point manually.
- install antivirus
- update service packs, essential runtime program such as .NET framework, java, silverlight, etc
- install additional internet browser. ff, chrome, opera, kmeleon... add-ons, plugins, etc...
- get tweaker, cleaner, such as Ccleaner, ace utilities,
- install spybot search n destroy. use advance mode to check system stability.
- bla bla bla...
---> set restore point again. manually. 
- install codec pack (K-Lite), download manager, additional media player (winamp, AIMP2,etc)
pastu baru install software2 kerja, MS Office, Adobe CS, or whatever... |

actually, codec tu yg penting.
lepas install codec, kena install player dulu utk test codec ada problem ke tak. test play avi, mp4, mkv, etc...
office, n other program jarang crash. even crash pun senang je reinstall/repair balik.
tp kalau codec error, windows explorer boleh crash, contohnya problem sbb thumbnail and thumbs.db file. |

memang kat DVD.
bila letak dvd dalam tray, dia read kat E: DVD r/RW as WinXPLite dia punya DVD nama. |

owh....camtu ke bzzzt.
jadi, boleh tak recommend mana2 software yang bagus untuk diinstall as for example Adobe Creative Suite 5 ker atau ada lain lagi mau pasang? |

most software yg tolong carikan driver akan install malware/worm skali.. |

xp media centre sama sj dengan xp biasa cuma ada aplikasi tambahan untuk entertainment iaitu ..contohnya yang paling best untuk tengo tv, rakam tv, dengar radio melalui komputer..boleh juga guna sbg player dvd atau klip2 video..
dengan syarat kena ada kad ..biasa panggil tv tuner card..contohnya.. Hauppauge WinTV-PVR-150mce atau WinTV-PVR-500mce...pastikan kad yang dibeli itu support xp media center ni biasanya ada tulis support mce...klu tidak kena pakai software lain dan mungkin software tu tak serasi dengan astro..
kalau pandai setting.. xp media centre ni serasi dengan astro...waktu tidur pun boleh rakam movie dr astro ... hehe
vista dan win 7 pun ada..lagi advanced..cuma tak asing mcm dlm xp...
kalau ko minat sini ada link untuk malaysian punya guide untuk setting astro dan media center....
