kalau i, i makan buah betik, makan sayur pucuk manis byk2, minum air kelapa byk2, minum air kosong byk2, minum nescafe susu segelas...gerenti membuang lepas tu.

belimbing, epal hijau, limau..selain tu mcm forumer lain bgtau..buah2an yg tinggi serat..

offtopic...kucai bgus utk detoks juga, jus buah-buahan (lg bgus buat sndiri jgn tapis)

semua jenis buah yang banyak fibre bagus utk melawaskan...

yang penting, susu atau yogurt.... yogurt sbb dia ada bacteria yang tolong indigestion... susu plak kaya ngn calcium yg tolong gerakan peristalsis usus...

tea minum anlene concentrate sekotak sehari... sbb lower carbohydrate & ada 600 mg calcium...  sbb tngah preggy kan.. perlu calcium for both baby's bone development and also utk prevent sembelit & buasir...
