Kete sy accident 2weeks lepas. Claim insurans sy etiqa. Towing ke workshop panel etiqa. Lampu dpn pecah, bonet n bumper kenek. Sbb kete sy still bwh 5thn, semua kene pakai sparepart original n baru. Diaorg pakai non ori n rework blk bumper n bonet. Sy call etiqa n etiqa ckp diaorg claim semua tuk baru n original. Tp sy xdpt ori. N sy bwk p perodua cek n diaorg sahkn non ori n rework.
Etiqa suh bengkel tu buat blk kete sy sampai sy puas hati. Tp sy rs sy nk saman bengkel tu sbb taknak org lain jd mangsa kene tipu. Maybe sy bukan yg 1st n last kene tipu. N sy nk bengkel tu dilucutkn dr jd panel etiqa. Macammana prosedur nk saman bengkel tu? Report polis dulu n cari lawyer? |
