Aku nk mintak pendapat.baru2 ni aku beli rumah rn285k.legal fee kena bayar rm12k.bila dah bayar menber cakap macam mahal legal fee.tu baru satu.lepas itu, lawyer mintak duit tambahan MOT rm400++ sebab owner punya bank bagi dokumen original lambat.aku pon naik angin.knp aku plk kena bayar kan.si lawyer ni cakap sebab owner ni baik hati bagi aku kunci rumah seminggu awal aku kena tolong bayar rm400 tu.korang rasa patut ke.padahal time nak bagi masuk awal tu xada pon mention benda2 ni.adakah aku tertipu??? Ak perlu wat apa??? |

Disebabkan aku xada kawan backgroud lawyer aku takut kena tipu jek.tolong la pliss.lawyer tu siap ckp owner bole halau aku keluar sebab nama xtukar lg n duit 7% xdapat lg.untuk pengetahuan aku wat 100% loan.aku mintak byr 7% tu bile bank bagi loan.aku hanya bayar 3% booking.lg 7% aku mintak owner tunggu lepas bank dah release loan. |

Mahalnya sampai rm12k? Rumah bawah rm300k pulak tu. Rumah rm500k pun tak bayar sampai banyak tu lawyer fees. Tak sure fees lawyer sekarang for snp berapa. Tunggulah feedback otai masuk nanti. Nak tahu jugak fees sekarang berapa. |

Ok.tetibe rasa mmg betoi kena tipu.actually aku pakai broker.sebab tu ke mahal?broker yang carikan loan dll.mohon otai jelaskn.lagi bagus kalau bagi no contact terus |

Ni mesti broker and lawyer kawtim baik punya...aku dulu pernah mcm tu jgak..bg kumci awal srh tmbh 200 ker...husband aku ckp tadak duit..tak bagi kunci awal pun tak kesah...yang penting ikut pjanjian..

Aku pun nak tny ni.. aku bli rumah 120K subsale. SnP cmpur2 printing2 bagai tuh dia caj RM3K. Legal fee dalam 3K tpi yg tu bank cover. Normal tak caj cmtu?? |

kalau tgok kat bill tu, utk professional fee amount mmg standard sbb ikut scale fee. Nmpk nya dorang byk mkn kat office disbursement.
I wonder kenapa mereka charge stamp duty & affirmation fee on SD sampai RM300?
I think you should ask for the salinan receipt untuk affirmation fee & urusan pejabat tanah. |

Legal fees and stamp duty r governed by law. Boleh kira online kt elawyer.com.my sbb yg ni mmg tak boleh tipu. Cuma bahagian ofis disbursement n disbursement ni agak kabur sbb ni biasa charge ikut firma tsebut.
Moral of the story,jgn beli sesuatu mlalui org tgh dan cari sendiri lawyer utk satisfactory reason.
