Nak tanya pendapat korang semua... MiTV ni ok ke... dia subsidiary of Berjaya Group..

last year dorang ada buat major retrenchment of employees coz x perform kot... about 66%... now with restructured management, dorang plan nak re-launch MiTV some time this year..

me actually already wit a stable company n great benefits, tapi environment, work ethics + culture kat current place just drives me nuts...

any opinions / suggestions ?

my opinion.. just stay kat ur current place dulu.. tgk kan keadaan MiTV ni tak boleh nak stay lama..
mcm u cakap last year dah ader major retrenchment.. in future.. swho knows what gonna happen kan?
Tapi kalau nak take risk, apa salahnyah..

hmm... betul jugak kan... if they can do it last year.. tak mustahil kalau after this pun sama... anyways, decided to just pegi je interview tuh... lagipun it's after office hours... saja2 nak test negotiation skills... hehehe.. thanks thylord for ur opinion!
