Pergi bank (lets say Bank Maybank) jumpa pegawai pinjaman loan -- nanti dia akan hantar orang utk value your house. Dari situ dia orang akan kira berapa loan yang layak diberikan pada anda.

tak pun, boleh check dgn Jabatan Penilaian Harta .... kena bayar fee la ..

cara paling senang, check dlm newspaper, berapa harga yg diadvertisekan ...

masa u nak refinance tu, mesti la bank tu hantar org untuk evaluate rumah u ...

Yang datang buat valuation tu bukannye orang bank...... TAPI valuer (JURUNILAI) yang menjadi panel bank tersebut.

Biasanyer refinancing is only up to 80 - 85% of the market value.

Value Rumah

Kawan2.. sumer
Hari ni saya dapat call dari valuever rumah.. pasal nak value rumah yang beli atas tangan orang...
Charge utk dia value rumah ( apartment ) tu RM 400...

Nak tanya kawan2 yang ada pengalaman.. betul ke charge untuk value rumah  mahal cam tu skali..?

Kalau ada sesiapa yang ada contact valuever  rumah .. mintak jasa baik kawan2 bagi no contact... TQ

Rasenya rate tuh memang normal laa...standard rate tuh sebab umah pakcik saya (apartmen di Damansara) jugak kena fees valuer RM 500.

tak dia ikut harga rumah yg dinilaikan tu, mcm kalau RM100,000 kebawah ada percentage dia... kalau taksilap kawan aku kata 0.25& utk RM100,000 pertama... tapi tak macam legal fees valuer fees ni ko boleh minta discount... itu fees je tak termasuk lagi disbursement diaorg
