Problem With Total Video Converter

Silap plak ..
Here is the real problem..
Bila aku click TVC kuar message ni "The application needs Flash, flash is not installed"..
Aku dah update pun flash codec baru tp still tak solve gak.
Penin tul...hopefully somebody can help me please..

boleh bagi details pasal error tu tak..

setahu aku...TVC xde pulak nak install flash bagai.

kalo salah..mintak ampun

dulu aku dapat juga error ini..ko boleh uninstall dan delete folder
dia dekat drive c dan delete key dekat registry, dan reinstall.
kalau tak boleh juga guna portable TVC.
