PC REBOOT sendiri..punca2 dan cara nak solve..help!!

kalau saya senang saja... masuk cd windows xp.. formet balik... problem lagi, betoi2kan sikit hard disk ke, ram ke, grafik kad ke, apa ke... |

reboot ni sebenarnye apa...hehehe sama ngan restrat ke?
selalunya lepas aku scan n sudah fix the problems ...ada arahan suruh aku reboot komputer...hehhe aku tak tahu cam mana nak reboot...so aku restrat je lah balik....hehehe |

hmm...nak tanya la..(sebab tajuk ni ada 'reboot' kan)
apasal time saya nak print or print preview (contoh on excel) keluar 'not responding'..pastu dah hang..restart balik2 pun masih sama gak...
dah suruh technician fix the problem..tested ok dan settle masalah but in few minutes, problem sama datang balik 
ni saya sertakan description yang technician tu tulis ;-
a). To Disable start up program and reboot PC
b). Repair registry and cleaning temporary file
c). Try open document, click print preview, no error. Problem fix.

cuba try uninstall office..
pastu install balik fresh install.. |
