Exercise - kurus, badan sehat, u tone up your body and maintain.
Makan ubat - cepat kurus, bila berhenti makan berat cepat naik, long term of taking slimming products ada effect kat badan.
Tapi sapa lah yang tak suka makan ubat slimming, short cut. i sendiri pun slalu kalah, nampak ubat kurus je, beli!
Tapi tu happy sebab berat turun cepat tapi bab yang i tak suka, bila kita stop...berat akan bertambah more
than before...im talking bout more kilos... heran kan!

walaupun aku gemok,tapi aku tak prefer langsung mkn produk2 utk kurus ni...
sbb dlm produk2 tu ade steroid n duramin...tu yg kite jadi kurus...
tapi bile stop mkn,naek double ko!
so jln slamat,kite xcise la...
bdn sehat,fit lagi...

percaya sgt la korang ni dgn slimming product. sape yg ckp slimming product ni tkde effect tu pembohong besar.
mungkin bukan effect serta merta tp besok2 mcm2 penyakit kesan dr ubat kurus tu.

sbnrnya ubat kurus tu boleh raise up metabolism badan, tp bile x ambil metabolism akan turun dan fat akan start accumulate balik...
dan
akan memberi kesan2 sampingan...

kepada y amek supplement, berhati2 lah dengan jenis supplement yang korang amek...
supplement ni sebnrnya utk org y x ckup makan... tp klu kita ni dah cukup makan, watpe nak amek lg.. btol x...

kalau korang makan ubat kurus yang buat korang buang2 air, sebenarnya air dalam badan ko berkurangan dan tu lah sebabnya berat korang boleh turun.....
coz berat badan ni terdiri daripada
  a) Lemak
  b) otot
  c) tulang
  d) air...

boleh kekal cergas ke dengan minum supplement ni?..
dalam badan kita ni ada sistem2 yang bekerja untuk meneruskan hidup...
sistem jantung, sistem otot, sistem rangka, sistem saraf dan banyak lagi...
adakah jantung kita boleh kuat dengan makan supplement je?..adakah otot kita boleh pegang tulang dengan baik untuk mengekalkan postur badan baik?...
so apa pun u kena exercise juga... bukan dengan makan supplement shj...

exercise + kurangkan makanan berlemak (jaga pemakanan) + cukup rehat (bukan terlebih rehat) = badan pun sihat.....

ubat kurus = berat badan turun (for short term). Bila berhenti ambik ubat tu, badan naik lagi teruk daripada asal (berdasarkan pengalaman)......

Ubat kurus kalo yg checmical better dont take. High risk of side effects. VLCD (very low calorie diet) jugak tak digalakkan. Better go with MLCD (medium low calorie diet).


Supplement skrg ni diperlukan rata2 oleh semua org termasuk budak2 kecil sekalipun. Regardless cukup makan ke tak bcos u never know u get cukup nutrients ke tak. Besides, researches has shown that kandungan nutrients dlm sayur sayuran or buah buahan dah tak sama mcm 20 tahun dulu due to all the developments that we have. Not to mention percampuran dgn mcm2 bahan kimia. Unless kalo kita mampu nak guna smer bahan2 makanan organik. And of course supplements also kena amik yg organik bukan simply yg sintetik punye yg murah2 yg jual kat farmasi tuh.

Combining both diet & exercise would be best. Lebih banyak kalori dibakar. To lose weight, yg penting penggunaan kalori mesti lebih tinggi drp pengambilan kalori. So kalo betul2 bersungguh nak kurus, sila buat pengiraan kalori. Also exercise will help to supply more oxygen kepada badan kita.
