tak senak ke lepas makan then exercise ??
better exercise dlu. then rehat..
minum air banyak2 (500ml)
then bru makan.
takdela nnti gelojoh makan sbb penat sangat

makan sekeping roti/ sebiji pisang  30 minit sebelum makan
dan makanan makanan yang rendah lemak 30minit selepas bersenam
