Health purpose...
Whoes have take multivitamin daily, whoes have diabetes, whoes have low immune system....and so so on.

I personal.., every morning wake up have cold flu..from kid until now almost 10year. Take antibiotik, medication for long time to control it. I take this 3 times daily...around 3month. No more cold flu..

No worry, any types of vitamins, as long as it is extracted from wholesome plants will bring side effects.
