USDA scientists analyzed antioxidant levels in more than 100 different foods, including fruits and vegetables. Each food was measured for antioxidant concentration as well as antioxidant capacity per serving size. Cranberries, blueberries, and blackberries ranked highest among the fruits studied. Beans, artichokes, and Russet potatoes were tops among the vegetables. Pecans, walnuts, and hazelnuts ranked highest in the nut category.


USDA chemist Ronald L. Prior says the total antioxidant capacity of the foods does not necessarily reflect their health benefit. Benefits depend on how the food's antioxidants are absorbed and utilized in the body. Still, this chart should help consumers trying to add more antioxidants to their daily diet.

if i'm not mistaken both tea n nescafe contains caffeine. thus, its not good for ur health. correct me if i'm wrong.

Makanan antioxidant ini sangat penting dalam kehidupan seharian kita...sebabnyer dia boleh membunuh radikal2 bebas yg boleh merosakkan sel2 kita. Sebab tu org yg makan antioxidant selalu awet muda n sihat....jika tak boleh nak makan..vitamin kat farmasi pun bersepah..cari jer ACE, grapeseed oil ker n macam2 lagi.

Betul...sbb dlm badan kita ni...byk radikal bebas yang merbahaya...so antioksidan ni perlu diambil sebagai makanan tambahan.

yang aku pernah tgk kat tv dolu2 la... timun mengandungi antikarsinogen, so makan satey kena makan timun atau bawang mentah, sebagai balance kepada daging2 satey yang mengandungi karsinogen tu ..

aku addicted to nescafe tin original tu, so aku pakai pendapat yg kata nescafe  bagus pasal ada antioksidan. pendapat pasal cafein tak bagus tu aku ignore pasal x bleh stop minum nescafe.

Delima pun ada antioksidan, secawan jus delima mengandungi 5923 micromoles antioksidan.
