TT, memandangkan u dah adult, the best way utk minimize sakit scoliosis is buat physiotherapy and exercise (as per recommended by physiotherapist)... sbb spine dah bengkok, but u still need strong muscle utk "pegang" your spine... strong core muscle is always the best utk protect your whole body, not only your spine, strong core will help jaga pinggang, pelvic, lutut, and even buku lali...
go google how to strengthen your core muscle (usually plank etc)... but u must ASK your physiotherapist / doctor apa senaman yang sesuai or if required, any modification to the exercises to ensure safety. good luck ya TT... all the best, take care
