Software to Communicate with Subordinates

guys.......
aku nak tanya..........software communicator apo yg kite bleh install........ untuk communicate ngan subordinates...??
sbb aku letih aa nak terjerit3 bile nak inform sesuatu pada anak buah...
dah le anak buah ramai....
rase mcm x civillize je bile terjerit2........
tuh yg nak tanya.....ade x software yg mcm noticeboard etc.... yg bleh install pd pc setiap anak buah aku?
so kalo aku ade apo2 info..... aku just tepek information kat noticeboard...dr pc aku.... so nanti kuar mcm pop up kat pc depa....
so nak kasi depa aware laaa.... mcm concept Post-It...
software yg sedia ada mcm YM etc tuh....xleh gune coz confirm3 kena block kat office....
kalo ade software tuh.........apo nama dier ek????
Momod...kalo rase x sesuai.....delete je....

Aku paham... tapi aku tatau apa software yg berkemampuan untuk wat itu. kalau guna platform based linux buleh je la taip kat console tuh terus kuar msg tuh kat PC yg kita tuju...
